He arrived at our house at the end of a busy workday for him because we had smelled gas. He did a thorough check of our system in the rain and dark and found the system was ok. We were very impressed with this response and will plan to use him again.

.Ken Redman is my HVAC man from now on. He has excellent training and expereince, he learned from a pro. Ken has knowledge of gas logs like no others. Mine were not firing up properly. He took them apart, checked for gas leaks, checked the proper ventilation, cleaned all the parts, and put it back together. He tested them repeatedly. They work like charm now. Ken knows his trade! I was also very pleased with how he checked my HVAC system. He is very thorough., polite, helpful, prompt, reassuring, and professional. His prices are quite fair. I know he will take good care of my HVAC and gas log needs.

Everything was great. Very professional. He wore booties inside the house to keep my floors clean, was polite, and offered honest and helpful advice to help me fix the problem I was having with the gas logs.

Been in our home for 15 years, and had never had the gas logs serviced before. Brought in Redmond Heating and Air largely for safety reasons, but Kenneth also made fireplace look much better by cleaning the grass cover very well. Didn't realize how dirty it has become behind the metal screen. Looks much better now. Kenneth was extremely thorough, completely disassembling the logs and cleaning/inspecting each and every part. Very confident that the gas logs are now safe. Very friendly and professional work.

Great service and Mr. Redmond is very personable. Seems very honest and trustworthy. He meticulously took the entire fireplace apart, thoroughly cleaned it and put it back together. Then he demonstrated the operation to include lighting the pilot light. Plan to have him back out in the spring to service our A/C units. Would definitely recommend Mr. Redmond to anyone.

I bought the $59 gas log service deal from Angies List. Kenneth Redmond arrived on time, a few minutes early in fact. He brought in a tarp to cover the floor and to put his equipment on. He cleaned the logs, fireplace, glass doors (even scraping paint off doors). He blew out the gas line for better efficiency. He showed me how to work the logs again (I had not used in a couple of years). He cleaned up everything and my logs look brand new! Kenneth was professional and very nice. I would reccommend him to everyone.

Mr. Redmond arrived at the agreed-upon time and spent a full hour throughly going over the various components of the gas log set. He was very professional and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. I will gladly call him for future projects.

Provider was on time friendly and professional. He found the problem and checked the gas log for leaks. He did ask if we wanted to add a blower for $200.00 which I decline. Overall the service se es good but did not need extra sales pitch.

Kenneth showed up right on time and went above and beyond with the Angie's List deal on checking out our gas logs. The only problem we had was a clogged gas line preventing enough gas from getting through, and he was able to clear it out quickly. Very nice guy and would definitely use again! Very professional!

Excellent service. When owner identified an issue with the flame staying lit,Kenneth found the on/off switch was faulty and replaced it with an owner supplied switch. There was no extra charge for this trouble shooting. I plan to use Kenneth for future work.

Kenneth Redmond appeared right on time and went to work. The pilot light on my gas logs had suddenly gone out a few weeks earlier. Kenneth took out the logs and cleaned them with his portable vacuum cleaner, and then checked the faulty pilot light. The problem proved to be a small one and he quickly got it working again, explaining to me how the system works. Hd then replaced the concrete logs in their proper places and cleaned up any soot from the floor near the fireplace as well as around the grate. Since he still had time until his second appointment I asked if he could check the ignition for my Jenn-Aire gas cooktop that has been resistant for several years. He checked all the burners and discovered a problem that would need a part to be perfect. However he advised me that a simpler and less expensive solution would be to keep a grill lighter close to the stove and light the resistant burner manually. I will do that since the cooktop is out of warranty. He charged only $20 for checking the cooktop, and said he would check the model number of the stove when he got back to his office and let me know so I could get it repaired if I wished. Kenneth's work was outstanding and went well beyond what the work order originally called for. I recommend him highly; he clearly can do repairs on many household problems.

Provider was flexible with scheduling and arrived early. Provider was very professional and helpful in providing guidance on operation and maintenance of my fireplace. Would recommend.

Mr. Redmond was great! He was on time and courteous. He explained everything clearly and worked hard the whole time he was here. He showed us the before and after inside our HVAC unit.
