Description of Work: I have a client that needed carpet in only one room. Ray Smith treated me as if his company was installing the whole house. Prompt, professional, and courteous, Ray gave me a quote, arranged for the carpet to be picked up and met me at the customer's house during the installation. I especially appreciated how he worked in this small job on a day he had several other installations. As an interior decorator, I look for reliable contractors. Ray gets top marks from me! Description of Work: Company responded to my initial call after a few days. He promised to come out to provide an estimate and never showed up. To date there has been no follow-up from the company or phone call to apologize or reschedule.
