I worked directly with the owner, Harland Johnson, to discuss options and estimates. He was unfailingly courteous and attentive to my wishes and clearly my satisfaction was a priority. This was in stark contrast to my experience with another vendor, whose sales rep I nearly had to throw out the door to get him to leave when I refused to close the deal at the end of a highly-scripted hour-plus long sales pitch. Installation work was top-quality and completed in the time frame promised. Mr. Johnson subsequently initiated a post-installation follow-up visit to confirm the work was done to his -- and my -- satisfaction. I enthusiastically reccommend Harland Windows

some windows came in broken and cracked due to poor wrapping on the window manufacturer's part, but Harland took care of it all. They are very professional and likeable. Kirk, an installer is elegant as he can aget into small spaces with grace and nothing is disturbed. A good company that I would recommend.

My experence with Harland Windows & Siding was very good. Harland had a fair price for the window replacement service and met his committed schedule. The installation was done in a very professional manner.

The addition took longer than I expected but I was happy with the finished product. I still have a walk through to finish with small details to take care of...but I wanted my house back and everyone out! I'm just missing a switch plate, latice and the fire alarm needs to be put back on. The team of workers were great and very respectful of my time.

Mr. Harland was attentive to what I wanted vs trying to sell me more then I needed. His foresight into different style and structures allowed him to design exactly what I wanted. His Contractors do an outstanding job, but I concern myself with the Work alone system his Contractor has, although he's doing a great job. Changes to the plan was easily done but the documentation of changes were slow. Corrections were make in an expedient manner. I very much like the End product.

Harland was wonderful to work with and the sunroom is everything I thought it would be an more. He hires professionals and they are reliable, professional and polite. I would not only recommend him to someone, but hire him again for additional work.

My salesman, Joe Bostic, was excellent. He followed through with the entire stage of the installation through completion. The president of the company even called me when there was an issue with the delivery of the windows. He was very kind and apologetic. Some of the installation of some of the windows wasn't up to par, but another worker came out and fixed everything to my liking. Overall, I am very pleased and would definitely recommend Harland Windows to everyone who will listen!
