Please be careful when giving your credit card to this company. Even though the service was great, this company took additional funds out of my account without my knowledge, or permission or consent. I am still waiting for the money to be placed back into my account, which Chris and other office staff advised it would, but it has not been done. This is my first time ever using Home Advisors. I don't think it is a good fit.

The person doing the work was very helpful. He explained their services. He treated inside and outside, and under the house.

They contacted me within minutes of my search, made an appointment for the next day. He came on time and explained everything to us. He spent a good 45 minutes spraying outside the house and inside and I am happy to say I have not seen one bug in this house after his services. We went with his contract for one year. Very happy with them!

I submitted my inquiry to Home Advisor on a Sunday. I was called that afternoon by Drew. He explained their services (which fit my needs). We connected again on Tues. morning and he came to my home that afternoon.

Drew was very responsive- came and did same day service. Returned within 3 days to check up and see that the job / service he'd performed was effective. and had desired outcome. Very personable and professional such that what we thought was going to be a one time service we decided to do a long term contract. Would recommend him in particular and have high expectations for the company's service

They were great, He showed up on time and conscientious of my time. He was patient while we made a decision, not pushy at all. Great first impression - Looking forward to continuing to work with them.

This is an initial service review. So far so good. Drew was professional as expected and made it a simple decision...don't even think I made it to the 2nd option. Time will tell. Excited to rain down death and destruction to the ants!

i have nothing to compare your Qs to (quality/value). I was upset that it took a week before someone could come to deal with the problem. For this service i was looking for ASAP as the hornets were on front porch/door, major way to get into house.
