EMPIRE ELECTRONICS

We have had Empire Electronics for many years and were satisfied with service. While on vacation this month our service went down we spoke to him and he said he would check it out and call us if it was more than just an issue with the storms in the area. . Our alarm was dead upon returning home from vacation and luckily our house was not robbed. This company is unable to be reached ( phone has been disconnected that is listed). Cell phone number I had for him says his box is full and you can't leave messages, and he does not answer his email. We have had to hire a contractor to come in to find the system is not repairable and we have had to hire a new company at even more expense. We were also informed by the monitoring company that they also did not provide the update contact list we had provived therefore there was no way to contact us about our system ( We had originally called home and found the message on our phone). As of this date have not been able to reach this company. Would not recommend this company be used.
