Description of Work: They installed our invisible fencing and helped with our initial dog training. We continue to purchase our replacement batteries. Although our dog is 15 now and doesn't really need it. We have had a one or two problems with the fence and they have been highly responsive. If we need a battery, they mail it out that day and just send us a bill. They feel like a family friend. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Installed an underground fence around 1.25 acres of our property. He was very efficient and cost effective (compared his amount to estimates from two other companies). He also was a very knowledgeable trainer (training at no extra cost). Our dogs picked it up very very quickly and were never traumatized by the process. We would gladly recommend Travis and DogGuard to anyone in need of a fence. He was great and we are very happy with his work. | |If curious, we have a wheaten terrier mix and a mini schnauzer.

Description of Work: They installed a wire around the perimeter of my property (1/4 acre), including drilling through concrete. They installed the control box. They provided an electronic collar for my dog, and bright yellow warning flags. They did the initial training for my dog, and showed me how to continue the training. They have a battery program where they send me new batteries for my dog's collar every couple of months. They are always pleasant and go out of their way to make the experience pleasant. The installer/trainer, bless him, will even dig through poison ivy! He loves dogs.

As I said we have different dogs and when they come to stay they use the collar. Maggie lives with us permanently now and it is so nice to have her protected. I just call or e-mail when I need batteries or service. Can't remember that we have ever needed service.
Description of Work: We have had the fence since we built our retirement house in 2000. One dog died but "grand dogs" kept visiting and so we kept the batteries up to date. I can not remember the exact initial cost but batteries are mailed to our home which is great for a yearly fee.

I called provider to request new batteries. Call answered immediately and provider offered to mail me the new batteries after receiving my check but I wanted batteries sooner so provider let me bring check to business and pick up batteries when it was convenient for me. We have used Dog Guard Out of Sight Fencing for approximately 15 years and have always received excellent service.

I called at 11am and had a service tech here before 1pm! I was in no rush but they were extremely accommodating. We had another change affecting the wiring layout in our yard and had immediate response at that time, too. The initial training with our pets was simple and easy. Love working with Jock and Bee - great folks and a wonderful service provider. I cannot imagine not having invisible fencing for our pets especially since we live on a busy street. Having wonderful folks like Jock and Bee to work with makes the decision so much easier. Would highly recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors.
Description of Work: We installed Dog Guard Out of Sight Fencing several years ago when our chain link fence did not contain our 2 large dogs. The wiring truly is invisible and provides the protective barrier we needed for our beloved pets. Recently we did an addition which changed the layout of the wiring.
