Description of Work: 1100 arrival for a 1000 appointment. I was not home due to another appointment. When I arrived the sides of the house, Windows, grill, table set, deck and front rails were covered in the sludge and debri from the gutters. It was left like that for complete. I have never seen such a mess. 5 calls back and forth with the owner and Russell returned. He was argumentative and kept pushing that he had before and after pictures. So truthful is also and issue. It was not until he received a text that I was given a sorry. I did not give "F's" because the owners were trying to do the right thing. I will not use them again. I would have rated the owners a little higher. Russell does not appear vested in the family business and could use customer relations education. Thank you Tyrone for standing by your company and making it right in the end.

Description of Work: Chris did a great job and was right on time. My driveway was a bit larger than the amount included on the deal and I was advised there would be an extra cost. He gave me the quote to do the whole driveway. I agreed to the addl cost and the driveway looks great.

Description of Work: They showed up promptly and talked with us about what we wanted done so that expectations were clear. They were very clear about what the service we purchased entailed, and what would be extra (power washing deck). They did a great job, and we would use them again.
