When searching for a carpet cleaning company, Carpet Dryclean, was the one that responded. He thoroughly explained the dry clean process as I have usually used steam extraction in the past. His price was better than I ve paid in the past. And the appt was set up within one week. The service was excellent! I especially loved the machine that works the cleaning chemical into to carpet. My stairs came out looking fantastic. Everything from start to finish went even better than I was expecting. I can t say enough good things on my experience. Thank you Earl

They cleaned two pieces of furniture: a chair with a 10+yr-old stain and a couch with newer stains. The chair stain isn't completely gone -- but much improved. The couch stains came out, but somehow the cleaning process produced a new stain. (?) BUT they returned the next day to get that one out, as well. Overall, prompt and professional service!
