I wanted deep cleaning not surface There are still areas that are not cleaned such as high traffic area. Using a buffer is not the best way to clean carpets. The carpet has a residue, it is crunchy and does not feel good to walk on. I had to re vaccum over it because there was some crystal residue showing.

Very professional. They showed up on time. A great job. We are very pleased.

He called to say he was on his way.., Very good and professional.

When I called to set the appointment....he gave the price first and said that includes moving furniture. He didnt move anything...just shampooed around the furniture including my coffee table in the center of the floor and he threw everything that was on the floor in my bedroom on my ved including the trash can and my shoes without asking me to move them.

The owner Earle was so nice to work with. He called me right away and explained the uniqueness of the Dryclean product- I loved how the carpets were left dry! Most of the stains came up! Would highly recommend them. They are a little expensive and the actual price was higher than the quote given to me over the phone

Service done quite fast, an quickly. Came on time. Left the corners of the room not very clean.

Came on shorter notice than any other carpet cleaning service was willing to do. Noticably cheaper than the rest, too, and the up-front cost is what I actually paid.
