Arrived on time and called ahead just to cofirm........he was able to remove some spots on my carpet the previous carpet cleaner was unable to remove........and pet odor on the carpet is now gone.....quick, efficient and did a great job.

Earl was very professional, honest, and actually sold me on the idea of Dry vs. steam cleaning. I had a lot of pet stains from my elderly dog and they are gone. My house smells fresh and clean and ready for my party this weekend! Thanks Earl!

Too many stains were left in the carpet. That is poor work.

Great team, they did a great job on our white chairs. Couldn't get one very dark tar-like stain out but I didn't really expect them to and they didn't make any promises. But the rest of the chairs came out fantastic!

The carper looked great, even got out some dirt stains in heavy traffic areas.

Very kind, professional, honest about the effectiveness of the cleaning - told me ahead of time that the stains in the wool rug might not come out.

My sectional sofa had such a strong chemical smell following this process that I had to hire another company to come steam clean it 5 days later. The sofa looked much brighter after the second process. I was initially told by this company that my sofa would be dry in a few hours. It took a solid 24 hours for it to be completely dry. I didn t appreciate the first man who was working on my sofa to be having personal conversations on his phone while he was doing work for me.

This is the best carpet cleaning services I have ever used. Pervious service weren't up to his perfection. I will rate this a 5star sevice. He even went over and beyond the service just to make sure the area not initially included look good. Very pleased with his service. I am a satisfied customer.

Mr. Laughinghouse called me right after I hit the send button. I explained the issue, (my toilet flooded over) and we set the date and time. When that day came, he had called to say he finished his last job early and wanted to know if I was available for him to come sooner. He saw the rooms to be cleaned and offered to do my stairs for no extra charge. He was done in about 1 1/2 hours and my place smelled amazing and looked very clean. Great job and I would definitely use him again. In fact, I saved his number to my phone.
