Excellent and very professional.. safe

I am very discouraged with the job that was done. The carpet looks like it is faded. The original spots all still there. I paid him as the carpet was still wet when he left and I did not see that all the spots were still there. I was out out the house for 2 days after the job was done and found this out. He did tell me there was a lot of dirt in the carpet and a lot of that came up but I wanted the spots removed as well, Also the color of the carpet is now two toned. I am not sure what happened. I would not recommend this company.

Earl Laughinghouse arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work explaining the upcoming process. He was very efficient and took pride in his work. I saw this when one particular stain we had settled on it never coming out and low and behold Eric lifted the stain to our suprise!! I STRONGLY recommend this guy for your carpet cleaning needs!! We hadn t had the carpets in the kids rooms cleaned in years. They were gross. Earl got all the stains up, I couldn t believe it. He didn t charge anything extra even for the really awful stains, and the hallway, the stairs, and all the bedrooms look and smell amazing. In my office there was some dog staining plus just the smell of a giant dog watching me work all day every day. The stains are gone and the office smells lovely. And best of all the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Earl did an amazing job at cleaning stains out of the carpet, and went above and beyond by throwing in extra areas like a large master closet. We weren t even there to nitpick (cleaning scheduled before moving into a new home), but he cleaned everything I would have pointed out. Couldn t be more pleased, and we will definitely be using this company in the future! Thank you!
