Very thorough. My sofa was a bit dog smelly and Earl did a fantastic job on it. I was having an allergic reaction on my skin because of the dog dander. Once the sofa was cleaned, my allergy cleared up. Needless to say, my Gracie is no longer allowed on the sofa - poor thing! Got her a dog sofa! Will be calling Earl again.

This is by far and away the best upholstery and rug cleaner I have ever used. There were black marks from my grandson always putting his feet on the recliner footrest, and I knew they wouldn't come out. I don't know what he did, but IT CAME CLEAN!!!! I will always use CARPET DRYCLEAN whenever such services are needed, and I would recommend this to anyone who has furniture or carpet to clean!
