These guys showed up on time and worked hard and quickly. The carpets looked great afterwards even though they were original to the house. Excellent job and very friendly service.

The tech we had was great. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because he arrived 30 minutes late. But he did everything and even went back over areas I was concerned about.

Ron responded to my online request within minutes and scheduled a service for the next day. The quick service helped us tremendously as we were moving out of an apartment. He called prior to his arrival and was prompt. The carpets were cleaned in a reasonable amount of time including two coffee stains. The costs was a good value and the customer service amazing - good communication throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this company to others and hire them again myself.

I had a sofa and chair that needed cleaning due to my dogs sleeping on them constantly. Carpet Dryclean did a great job. I was extremely impressed. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. I will use them again.

I needed some vintage couch cushions cleaned and I was a little hesitant, but he did a great job, and they cleaned up well, They give you an estimate beforehand, and it was within range. I think it was a fair price. He called within the window and showed up on time, friendly and professional!

Requested a sofa cleaning service. Provided solution and wipe the sofa down. The guy was nice giving me some extra solutions to use. But for 165, there is no vacuuming or rubbing?

The owner was very professional. Polite and courteous . Told my daughter about him and she hired him for her house,

He was a very nice guy but the quality of his work was not good. He either missed a lot of spots or did not do the job well enough. I told him to get all open carpet space plus the stairs but when we started smelling pee again a few days later in the same spots we tested it with a black light and the same pee spots were there in certain places. I spent over $300 and I do not feel I got my moneys worth at all. We are now having to spend more money to fix it ourselves.

I had an emergency, my dog got into rat poison and vomited in 3 rooms of carpet. I got same day service which I was so thankful, very professional, on time, they got it done and all clean, just like new again. I will use this company again and tell all my friends/family about the great job they did.
