Description of Work: The service provider's representative responded to our appointment on time, assessed the problem, made the arrangements for the replacement of my air conditioning unit and saved me money. The installation crew responded on time, installed the unit, were professional and courteous, instructed me on the operation of the new unit, cleared the debris and removed the defective unit from my home.
