It cost us a lot. Their pricing was really competitive. The thing I liked the best was that, they gave us some of the accurate square foot evaluation. They took great care in moving our furniture around. We didn't have any incidents. We just had our floors refinished so they were really careful. They are great.

After an awful experience with one of those national companies that advertise on tv, we cancelled our order and went to Angie's list and found Bell's. I went there, and there were very professional and helpful. Everything was great. Service in store. Service at installation, and the stairs they covered are great. We couldn't be happier.

We relocated from another area and had to move quickly. I visited the showroom, found the staff very knowledgable and sensitive to my needs. They helped me select the right colors and grade of carpeting to fit my price range and drew up an overall estimate of the job that was very accurate.
The entire house was being painted and we had six days to turn this project around. The crew arrived on time, worked carefully around painters and wet paint, and installed the job flawlessly. I couldn't have been more pleased.
I recommend them to others and will use them again.

The salaesperson was excellent in helping us choose the quality of carpet to fit our needs. She came out and measured the rooms. She was excellent on followup. The installation crew was tops, extrememly professional and skilled. They moved some very difficult furniture. They pointed out a vent problem that was uncovered during installation and helped me correct it.

Bell's went beyond the norm in making a deadline for the installation of our den carpet. They searched for a color/texture we could use that was available within our time frame. They worked our installation into their schedule and installers appeared on time, removed the old carpet and did an excellent installation job. We would certainly use them again and would recommend Bell's for their professionalism and quality of carpet.

We stopped into Bell's and the salesperson pointed us towards the smart strand carpeting that was on special. It wasn't quite the color I was hoping, but for the price difference, I really had to make the concession and go with a slightly lighter color. We paid 50% down to reserve for our family room carpet. About a week and a half later the carpeting was installed and the old carpet removed. The color ended up looking great and the padding and feel is fantastic. We are definitely considering going back to do a few more rooms because it looks far better than we had expected. I highly recommend them.

The quality of the carpet is excellent and the price was okay. The installation was poor. My downstairs, which by other estimates should have been three pieces of carpet and one seam, ended up seven pieces. One or two of the largest pieces of carpet were cut short at the store. They do not number the pre-cut pieces at the store and it looked like the installers were confused.

Mike, the installer, was fabulous! My stairs include some tricky rounded risers, which he covered perfectly. He took so much care in installing the carpet, and in cleaning up afterwards--I am thrilled! Could not have been a better experience. Ann in Raleigh

We closed on our new home and had seven days to completely paint and recarpet the entire interior. I met with Jerry Martin and discussed our tight timeline, juggling their installation schedule with the painting and repairs needed. From my showroom visit to a call the day before installation to check in, Jerry was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgable and took a genuine interest in our needs. I would recommend Bell's Carpets to others and certainly use them again.

I highly recommend Bell's Carpet. We had the carpet in our family room, 2nd floor and 2 staircases replaced. This job involved a bit more coordination than the average because we were trying to get all renovations (tile, painting etc) done on our new home before we moved in. Jerry was our salesman and he was excellent. He has a great eye for carpet and spent ample time trying to help us find the best product for our home. He allowed us to check out lots of full sized samples as we were interested in buying a patterned carpet for the stairs in our foyer area. We were never pushed to make a decision quickly. He truly made us feel like we were his only clients. The carpet we wound up with was terrific quality. The installers were professional, friendly and neat. Go with Bell's, you won't be disappointed.

They were excellent and they did a great job. It was a fair price and they came out exactly when they said they were going to. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They went kind of above and beyond making sure that everything was right and the painted all the trim. They left place all clean.

We searched several different places and they seemed to be the best, so we went back to them. They did a fine job. The work is still in place, with no complaints. They did everything I asked them to do and cleaned up very well at the end.

Brenda did a great job of helping us pick a carpet that would best suit our needs and came to the house to measure the job. She took the time to discuss any concerns or problem spots that we had and was willing to work with us to split the job across two different weekends so that we could clear the rooms one at a time. The crew that came both times was extremely professional and made sure to discuss how we wanted the carpet laid on the exposed part of the stairway before they proceeded. The work was beautiful - you can't see any of the seams. We have already recommended them to friends of ours and would definitely use them again.
