Description of Work: I called them after my air conditioner quit during the worst heat wave in several years. Unfortunately, they were not able to schedule me for several days, but they came when they said they they would and promptly repaired the existing problem. Since I had been aware, for several years, that my very old system was simply not up to the task of adequately cooling my house, and since the technician said that the compressor seemed to be on its last legs (no surprise, considering the age of the system), I asked to have someone come by to give me an estimate on replacing my unit. The person came by and did a very thorough evaluation of my house, complete with suggestions on how I could make my heating/cooling system work better. We looked at many choices to replace my existing air conditioner, and he wholeheartedly supported me in my choice of the cheapest. The new unit was installed when they said it would be and is performing so much better than the previous unit I am truly delighted. They rebated my initial service call charges because I got the new unit. I just wish I'd used them for a very expensive repair on one of my rental properties.

Jason came out on one of the hottest days of the year within 90 minutes of making the initial call and repaired our AC. Very friendly and professional. We will purchase a maintenance agreement with Allen Kelly in the near future. Very, very pleased.

Description of Work: WANTED FREON ADDED TO MY AC UNIT. THEY ARE CHARGING 61.00 PER POUND FOR FREON!!! THE COST ON FREON IS 12-15.00 PER POUND. THERE COST FOR COMMING OUT WAS RESONIBLE AT 35.00 BUT THERE SERVICE FEES ARE RIDICULOUS. WAY TO HIGH.

The customer did not understand our charges. WE charge $61 for the 1st pound only and then $17 for each additional. The reason that the 1st pound is more is that includes the labor for connecting the equipment to the system and fees for DOT fees for having the refrigerant on the vehicle. Management
