The sales rep followed up after the initial call to see if we had any questions. The rep that came to measure things was prompt and courteous. The installation guys arrived as promised and removed all the old system, installed the new with minimal mess and got everything done in the same day. We now have a fully functional A/C and it works great. If the downstairs unit ever goes out (which it will), we'll probably come back to this company. We had a cheaper quote but Allen Kelly followed up after the initial call, financing was easy to set up and a lot cheaper than the other folks. All in all, a great service experience.

The company called me as planned to let me know a technician was coming. He showed up, was very polite and efficient. He made sure to check the vents in the house to ensure his work was effective.

The estimate was given Tuesday (6 days before the work was done because of Thanksgiving weekend). A company rep. called us the next day (Wed) & said they'd schedule us for the beginning of the week as he had been told we were completely without heat. We appreciated this because it was rainy & miserable that week. The crew showed up at 8:00 Monday morning, got right to work, and finished the entire job by 1:00. Warm at last!

Allen Kelly & Co. came out to our house in July. We had a longstanding relationship with this company. They have done a lot of work for us over the past several years, all satisfactory. This time, they failed to diagnose the problem (in July), but I have to give them props for coming out three times and only charging us once. They really spent a lot of time looking for the problem, and they weren't the first or last company to try to figure out what was wrong. Finally, someone did figure it out from another company, but the technicians from Allen Kelly spent a lot of time on the issue this time and always performed admirably the many other times they have done work for us.

Overall, I am very demanding and am seldom completely satisfied with any service, but this was an exception. I am very happy with the service, and believe that I got, not just my money's worth, but a bargain. I didn't ask for an estimate because I put a lot of faith in the recommendation because I wanted the system checked out, and hoped for the best, which I got.

We've used Allen Kelly & Co for a couple of years now. Very polite and honest. Generally on-time and we're comfortable with what we have to pay for the service and honesty we receive.

Bob arrived on time and was polite. Bob described the work he did and answered all the questions I had regarding my system. My original appointment was at 8 AM. The office called me at 8AM to let me know the tech was on the way and would arrive in 40-45 minutes, which he did.

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THE PRICE WAS AS GOOD AS EVERYONE ELSE'S. THE WORK WAS GOOD. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AN WERE RECOMMENDED TO US.
