They do the complete service and clean the air conditioner for the amount that we pay them. We will use them again in the future.

We had to call three or four other places to deal with this same problem. Those places did a bunch of other stuff that wasn't necessary. This guy came in and just did what was needed.

They were very good. I have used them for many years. They always do what they can to fix it and give you advice if they can't fix it. I've had them on service calls before.

We were worried about the cost and extent of the repair for the damage to our AC line. The office was polite and professional. A workman was sent within a few hours of my phone call. Bob was very friendly and professional. He communicated the problem and solution well to me. The cost was reasonable for what we were expecting.

The service call went well. I thought the price was a bit high but I don't have any idea on how much it costs for a call like this.

We have used Allen Kelly for all our HVAC needs and they are the best. They value their customers and will take care of you and your business. The pricing on new equipment is also very competitive.

Service was seamless. Staff member arrived on time and worked quickly. Explained everything he did. Explained repair (although didn't given an estimate of cost up front, which would have been better). Clearly explained costs at conclusion of service and repair. Appx. an hour total.

My air conditioning went out. I called and they had a repairman there that afternoon. The system was really old and he explained that the condenser was shot. They had a rep there the next day to discuss replacement and, after agreeing on the right system and price, they had people there at the agreed-on day. The installers were nice, friendly and professional and worked until the system was working perfectly. They weren't happy with the coil performance and came back out the next day and replaced it.

The service person arrived promptly. He covered his shoes so as not to bring dirt into our home. After being shown where our thermostats and returns are located, he proceeded to check all of our systems. Since we did not accompany him in his inspection of the air handler located in the crawl space, we did not see for ourselves what his inspection entailed but he did give us a good description that we are comfortable with. He reported that there was need of one repair-the replacement of a motor in one of the outside units. This he did. Before he left, he delivered four new filters for each of our returns. Have never had that happen before!

Sales rep was very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. There was no pressure to buy. He patiently answered all questions and explained options, details about equipment/operation, and installation--both in the initial visit and in followup phone conversations. Work commenced at date and time scheduled. Minor scheduling blip with work crew delayed completion of duct work items by a day, but this was not a problem as system was already operating. A bit more information regarding the scheduling of the mechanical inspection would have been helpful.

They had a real good solution to our problem. They gave us good advice. They were on the money. They did the work quickly and it solved the problem right away. We noticed a difference in the system.

They were very responsive. They sent some very good professionals out. They were neat, clean and professional. They cleaned up the entire area before they left.

Woke up without heat. Called company and they said they could send someone out during the day. Got a call within 2 hours saying service would arrive in 30 min. Person arrived exactly on time (actually, a company supervisor who came from the office). Answered my questions about heat pump. Then immediately went to find fuse for interior unit and light showed it was bad. Replaced fuse and then performed check on exterior unit as well. Gave suggestion to replace rubber insulating tube covering electrical cable to exterior unit.

Our Trane heater/air conditioning unit was still under warranty, but failed to come on when the system was changed from cool to heat. We called the company at the end of the day, and the technician repaired the problem the next morning. He identified the problem immediately, had the part with him and repaired it. In the process, he identified a potentially serious wiring problem and made the necessary corrections. Bob was professional, quick and explained thoroughly what he had done. We were only charged for labor.

I was interested in replacing my oil heat with an electric heat pump, or converting the system to a hybrid. I applied for financing and we set up a time for them to come out and do a written estimate. They did not show up or call. Finally, 3 days later, I contacted them to ask what was up and they didn't even seem to remember who I was or that they had an appointment with me. I would think 3.5-5.5 K of work would be enough to keep them interested, but apparently not.

They came out when they promised. They gave us an honest price on how much it was going to cost. They did a good job. I didn't have any problems or complaints with the work.

They were very organized, on-time and got the job done in a reasonable way.

Called around noon and they said somebody could come out and would call 30 min. before he got here...which he did, but it wasn't until 6pm. I was home all afternoon from work waiting and finally called at 4 to get a "ballpark figure" of what time he could be out. They told me he still wouldn't be out for a couple more hours. It was my fault that I didn't ask for an estimated time to begin with and I missed the whole afternoon at work. The guy came out and did a good job....nothing special, but would say he was ok. He didn't take his shoes off when he came in and left dried mud on the floor. I felt their prices were very high compared to other companies and probably wouldn't use them again.

We really liked them, we think they were a little expensive but I think it was a fair price for the quality of the work and product. The workers were extremely nice. I have used them before and we would use them again in the future.

The person who came out to give me an estimate on how much the work would cost did not have the knowledge on how much my project would cost or how to execute my project. The first day they came out they had to leave to go get some more supplies. This ended up happening on multiple occasions. They tried telling me that I didn't need work done and had to talk them into doing the vents. When they went to vent my stove, I had to tell them how to do the work. I had to draw them a picture on how to bend it the right way. They should have sent out a competent person so they could have got the work done on time. A one day job would take three days with them because they either didn't have the right items or they didn't have the right people to do the work. I would not recommend them to anyone or use them again once my contract is up.

They came out much quicker than I expected they would.

Service rep was on time, spoke English. He did a very complete inspection and cleaning. He at first thought the heat exchanger must be cracked, as it was 22 years old. After cleaning, visual inspection with a fiber optic camera showed nothing. Ran heat side of unit until very hot, checked function, O2, CO. All OK (so heat exchanger is OK). He could have just said 'too old, replace it' but he did not. Nice to find honest folks! I will absolutely use Allen Kelly & Co. again, and suggest to the new owners they do also. I asked for a price to replace the HVAC unit (not compressor), sales rep called me the next day with a range of prices and options, that I could present to a buyer if he/she wanted to consider replacing the unit as part of closing (ie cost -> mortgage). Real Nice Folks.

They were pleasant to work with. They are customer service oriented.

This company does an excellent job. My neighbor used them last year and was pleased. Andy, the sales rep (or "comfort consultant"!) arrived promptly and carefully explained the various systems they offered, as well as options for placement. He gave us several estimates, including one for a system equivalent to one another company offered. He was a very nice fellow and seemed knowledgeable about his product. They were able to start within a few days. They had to cut holes in the ceiling to install the supply vents and two returns. Considering the potential for a mess, they were very clean - sweeping up and generally keeping the work area neat. They were friendly and willing to answer any questions and address any concerns we had.
