He came out and adjusted the heater for us, because some of the settings were not right. The heater was working a lot better after that.

I bought the $29 diagnostic coupon and scheduled the Air Experts Heating & Cooling came to do a diagnostic on one of my AC units. The original appointment was scheduled for them to come the next day. The company called and said there was cancellation and wants to come out between 4pm to 6pm on the same day. The technician showed around 5:30pm, and first thing he said when he came into the house was that the day is too late, he will not be able to fix anything. I asked him why did he come so late, and he said he doesn't know. then he looked at the AC for 5 minutes, then told me the Freon is low, but he doesn't know why, and he will need to do some research to find out the leak. but he couldn't do it today, he will need to come back tomorrow. I asked when does he plan to come back tomorrow, then he said he doesn't know. then I told him to leave and stop wasting my time since he really doesn't know anything. Then he proceeded to his truck. 20 minutes later, he knocked on my door, and told me he can come back tomorrow at 2pm, but it's going to cost me $170 for him to come out. then I realized the Air Experts Heating & Cooling is really a scam. I told him to leave and never come back again.

The service was great. Showed up on time, was very professional and friendly. very trustworthy. Scheduling wasn't an issue at all very accommodating. I will be using them for all my service needs. . Will be referring people to this company .

It was fine. They got the job done in about one hour. The scheduling was fine.

We have not had any problems since they came. The technician was professional. The scheduling was good and they came shortly after I called them.

It went very well until I had a problem shortly after. The problem was with their equipment but. They sent me a bill for the repair which I felt was very unfair.

As usual. Not much satisfied with investigation. Gave me list of items to be replaced and cost. Would have appreciated if they would have shown me missing items as soon as they opened the unit. I was home.

Our needs seemed to be well understood. The estimate was at a good price. Various equipment manufacturer options were considered. The ?sales? person seemed to know the ins & outs of this market exceptionally well; at a minimum, he seemed more willing to share information than anyone else. We didn?t encounter anyone who seemed able to beat their prices for materials. At the end of the day, though, we feel this would be a good vendor/contractor with whom to work if you really know your stuff. On the flip side, it seemed to us if you don?t know what you?re doing (and we didn?t) you might get taken for a ride.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Service person called ahead and arrived on time. Performed thorough inspection and cleaning, found nothing that needed repair. Discussed age of system and recommended getting estimate for replacement when necessary. Very professional.

The Project Manager Dave Hepner was very professional, prepared, and knowledgeable. Negotiating with Dave on the quote was easy and presented a VERY competitive price for all the services he was offering. While doing the walk through he discovered that the 2nd story intake vents were not pulling enough hot air leaving the 2nd story noticeable warmer than the 1st story. After the work was finished the 2nd story feels just as cool as the 1st. Megan Moraites Lead & Marketing Coordinator followed up to see if I had any questions about the quote. The crew that arrived was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and paid attention to detail. A certified Forman was on site all times overseeing the project and even doing the work himself. The GM Harry Thompson was responsive after hours by email and made sure the customer was taken care of. Any concerns were address immediately or the next day. They even filled out the rebate paperwork and sent it to be sign and mail out. Overall the experience with Air Experts went very smoothly. The whole team provided A rated service and the cost was lower than expected. Concerns were addressed quickly and professionally and the price could not be matched for the furnace, A/C, and service provided. They lived up to their guarantee "We will make and keep you happy even it it kills us".

They did a good job on the furnace tune up. I had them do something else for us too. We needed a new supply line installed since the other one had rusted. They came out again to do that service. We plan to use them again since they did a really good job and they knew what they were doing.

That turned out fine and they came out quickly. We purchased 2 deals and he was able to service both of our ACs while he was here. The provider was professional. I felt like he did try to upsell me on some additional services though, but we declined.

That turned out okay. One technician came out and it took him about an hour. This was for my furnace. He focused on a main problem, but I don’t remember him addressing all of maintenance issues.

The technician was there earlier that expected time. He introduced himself and told me exactly what he was going to do. He performed the services advertised and told me what the issues were and made suggestions.

The sales rep, Dave, arrived within the window 5:30 - 7:00. Very close to 7, he pulled up and sat in his van to finish smoking. As he entered our basement to check out our HVAC system, he was exhaling smoke. He seemed really manic. As he looked around our house, he asked us about our vintage instruments and commented on their worth. Then without asking, he whipped out his phone and started taking pictures saying that "his roommate would be really interested in seeing that." As he walked around the house he may have taken more pictures, but I was quite taken aback at his level of comfort with us as he talked about his wife passing away and later saying that he took his current job after he lost everything in the mortgage company he started. He asked us if we had filed our taxes last year or got an extension, and then he offered to put a false date on the invoice (2013) so that we could take advantage of a tax break that ended December 31, 2013. We told him that we were not interested. He offered this several times and even wrote this rebate down in the estimate. He stayed at our house almost 2 hours rarely offering us a chance to speak as he flipped through the competitors' estimates at a rate too fast to read. We politely said that we had a dinner engagement but he kept talking until we finally asked him to leave. He continued to talk as my husband was escorting him out of the house. My husband and I were exhausted, hungry and wondering if our belongings were safe as we headed out to dinner.

My old AC died. I had become dissatisfied with ARS because each service call included a heavy-handed pitch for spending more money. My experience with AirExperts was totally different. They put in the best unit for me and their subsequent service calls have been great. They come quickly and do prompt service. They have answered my questions and concerns. Their technicians are professions and act like it! I highly recommend this firm.

Our A/C guy showed up right on time, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and chatted with us about the extras we needed done. He handled both A/C units with ease even in the heat of summer in the attic! While he came out just for the tune up, we were able to ask him to do the repairs from an inspection at the same time and he did at a great price. The overall experience was top notch.

Our HVAC unit was aging and needed major repair or complete replacement. We ended up replacing the HVAC unit, but another company did the work and installation. Nothing against Air Experts. They were included in the bidding / quoting process. We just chose another company due to friends/neighbor referral.

David, the technician, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He said there were no malfunctions or parts requiring immediate repair. He advised me that the dual run capacitor was weak but not about to fail. I elected to have it replaced anyway. Air Experts and Cooling has my highest recommendation.

No problems found. Looked at inside filter and reminded me to change and buy the cheap ones.

I called Air Experts Heating & Cooling for an appointment after buying a special for A/C tune up from Angie?s List. They came the next day and were very friendly. They checked the air temperature going into the intake and then checked the temp at a register and there was about 7 degrees difference. They told me it should be about a 20 degree difference. Then they went out side to look at the two compressors. After that they told me I needed new units and they would set up an appointment for pricing. I decided to have another A/C company come look at my units. The new company checked everything thoroughly and told me that a switch inside the unit inside the house was broken and that some of the heating elements were on. That meant that I had A/C and heat working at the same time. They fixed it and now my A/C works great!!!! Moral of story, don?t call ?Air Experts Heating & Cooling? unless you want a new A/C even if you don?t need one! PS They did not charge me for the appointment. I think they thought I would be buying a new A/C from them.

The technicians arrived on time. They were professional, courteous, and explained what they were doing each step of the way. They did a great job and cleaned up everything before they left. We did a walk-through before they left to make sure everything looked OK. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their air ducts cleaned.

Everything went smoothly and according to schedule.

I was not very happy with them. They wanted us to purchase a new air conditioning system and we declined.
