Only issue is that the offer is for an air conditioner unit only, and we have a heat pump type of air conditioner - which is much more expensive.

Had a good experience - easily got appointment that worked with my schedule, the office kept me updated on the technician's arrival, he was efficient in checking out and servicing the system, very friendly. He seemed honest about what the system needed. The last time I did a Big Deal for a furnace inspection, the other company focused on trying to get me to upgrade my system. The Air Experts technician was clear that my system it was working well and that it didn't need any major repairs (despite being 14 years old). I did have him replace the capacitors on my two systems which were putting out lower output and that had never been replaced. I'm considering getting a service contract with this company for our HVAC systems.

It was fine. They did a great job. They did everything as expected. They did the work exactly as advertised. They were prompt, extremely professional. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They did it in the amount of time that they said it was going to take so, all good.

It was taken care of professionally. The sales man Patrick came to our house on time and gave us the detailed presentation. He was informative and seems to be honest. We hade more than five companies over here before for quote in order to replace the whole cooling/heating system. Our system was 24 years old and it worked inefficiently that gave us extremely high energy bill in last winter. It took us almost a half year to decide which company we want to use. We wanted to covert our electrical heating system to gas, but other companies are simply too pricy, but we got a good deal from AIr Expert through Angie's List and also gas furnace was almost as same price as heat pump. 12 months interest free finance is also helpful. Next day a couple of guys came to our house and installed them. It took almost a half day but the guys were working so hard and polite. They also explained well. They didn't replace the last part of furnace connecting to air duct, so three of four parts are replaced to new system but only one remained 20 something year old. It looked awkward. They said it wasn't on the work order, so they didn't install the new one, but when I requested it to change as well, they flexibly responded and came back next day to complete the last job. I am very glad to use this company and so happy we had been waited for long time until the right company came in.

I had 3 other ac people who came and took a look at it who weren't able to fix it. Air Experts Heating & Cooling was able to diagnose it and fix it within 1 hour. I am very satisfied.

Project went very well. They helped me figure out what projects they would recommend in terms of getting the most value and didn't push anything they didn't think I needed.

The technician was a nice guy who explained everything very well and gave me several good tips for making my A/C system work better in the future. I was pleasantly surprised (and relieved) that the necessary repair was less expensive than I had feared it would be. My only complaint with the provider was that I was given a specific arrival window (if I recall, between 8:30 and 9 a.m.) but the technician didn't arrive until ~1 hour later. Near as I can tell, the dispatcher did not give the technician the same arrival time as she had told me by phone/email. I'm not sure why they didn't seem to be talking with each other.

We have three encounters with people from AIr Experts and every case they were prompt, courteous, and impressed us with their professionalism, knowledge of the equipment and its capabilities, and their interest in what we needed for our home. From initial technician visit by Kyle, who diagnosed the problems of our system, Patrick, our project manager, and to the installation team everyone was highly professional, everyone worked diligently to diagnose our then existing system, determine how they could resolve our HVAC problems, complete the new system install as quickly as possible with as little impact on my family as was possible. -Tech Kyle was our initial contact with Air Experts. He initially came out on a service call to diagnose our heating & cooling problems with the system. He asked me to tell him what we were experiencing and I explained the problem to him. Kyle immediately knew what had caused the problem. He checked the system and confirmed his diagnosis as a pressure switch that should've self corrected overnight. I turned the system back on and it was now blowing cool air again. Rather than leave at this point, as most techs would've done, he volunteered to do a complete service check and system inspection of both the heat pump and air handler since that was usually part of the service call. Since our system was 10-12 years old I took him up on the offer and he proceeded to perform the equipment inspection. After Kyle completed his inspection and reported his findings I agreed to allow him to refer us to someone else with Air Experts that could talk with us about what they could do to resolve issues he had found. Since Kyle had been honest with me concerning the pressure switch issue and hadn't tried to inflate his bill by doing unnecessary work that wasn't needed I felt comfortable with his findings and was willing to meet with someone that could recommend a new HVAC system to us and could quote us prices. - Project Manager Patrick Mellonas entered my life. I received a call from Patrick and we agreed to meet. A couple of days later my wife and I sat down with Patrick. I wasn't looking forward to this meeting based on my previous experiences with sales people who knew before I said a single word what I needed from them. I'm glad to report that our meeting with Patrick, who became our project manager, wasn't at all what I expected. He was prepared for his visit with us, he invited us into his planning process for our new system by seeking our input concerning our then existing system, the problems we were having with the old system, and what we expected from a new system. We felt from the very beginning of our meeting with Patrick that he was there to find out, from us, what we needed and expected from Air Experts not just to present a technical presentation about the HVAC equipment that would solve all our needs and that we could not afford. Patrick's approach was very laid back, we had ample opportunities to provide our input, he really listened to what we were telling him and TOGETHER we reached a system solution that would serve our needs for years to come and we would be able to afford and maintain with and annual maintenance plan that came as a part of the new system. - The HVAC installation was next interface with Air Experts. We met the team lead, Sean Belamore, who brought his team and the new equipment out a little after 9 am on the day of installation and left us with a completely new HVAC system 8 hours later. Everyone on the install team worked hard from start to finish. They cleaned the work area completely before leaving and Sean spent some time with me after installing the new WiFi capable thermostat to insure that I would be able to do the initial programming and make alterations when necessary. I was surprised at how easy the thermostat was to program - it asked questions like what temps do you prefer during the day, when do people go to bed and what temp are you most comfortable with during sleep, when do you wake up and what temp do you prefer during the day? Just had to answer the questions and it set up the schedule for us. This entire experience with Air Experts was a pleasure from start to finish and was as hassle free and less stressful than anything like this has ever been for us.

It went very well. The person who came to do the diagnosis of the A/C problem did a very good job. He was on time, explained the problem and the options i had, and fixed it as I asked. Very professional.

I decided to get just one more estimate before making my decision and called Air Experts and am SO glad I did. We have two heat pumps and one had died. Dave came over the afternoon I called - and it was a Saturday - and took his time to to assess our needs and describe possible options. He was the only one of the estimators who suggested replacing both heat pumps with a single heat pump that was a proper fit (3 tons) for our 1800 sqft home instead of the current set up which was 4 tons. The others would have just replaced the one heat pump and replaced duct work. With the 2nd heat pump already 10 years old, Dave's solution was exactly what we needed, within budget and we have an awesome thermostat. The Air Experts installers came promptly Monday morning, introduced themselves and were the nicest bunch of guys and installed in 1 day! They covered their shoes when in the house and cleared away the old heat pump and parts. I can't believe how quiet the new system is and I had a great experience through the whole process. That service turned out very fine. I turned out that the air ducts were not that dirty. They took down every vent and cleaned every duct though. They did a great job.

Assessed need for new furnace.

My ductless A/C has a slight leak, so it starts to underperform about every 18 months. I used a tune up coupon from Angie's List and got scheduled quickly. They checked out the unit and topped off the refrigerant. I had some credit from the last time they came out, so I didn't owe anything additional beyond the price of the coupon.

Went very well....service tech was very helpful. Told me what I needed and came back the next day to do what he had said and finish the job.

Dave (sales rep) came out the night before to do a quote. He was a little late as he was coming from another appointment but was very apologetic. He ensured me that I would not get slighted on the time needed to go through things. We discussed options and agreed on the best fit for me, size of unit and price so got all the paperwork completed before he left. He then told me that he was going to installed an a/c window unit in my bedroom so that I could be comfortable that night. I was speechless! Talk about customer service! No other company that came by to do a quote that offered this type of service to me even though they could feel how hot it was in my home. Such a simple thing but so much appreciated. He really made me feel like he cared about me and my well being. The next morning, everything went like clockwork. The installers showed up on time and got to work right away pulling out the old HVAC system and installing the new one. Throughout the day whenever I had questions, the installers took the time to explain things to me. When it was time for them to go, they showed me all the work that was done and explained everything. I could not have been more pleased when I felt cool air coming out of those vents! Talk about quick and efficient service. I would highly recommend Air Experts to anyone looking for a new HVAC system.

Appointment was scheduled faster than planned and tech was a few minutes early. He was professional and friendly. He was inspected and tested two heat pumps, one needed a capacitor but he didnt press me to install it. He took the time to show me the test as he did it and results. Great customer service and professional from start to finish.

From the time the Air Experts representative arrived at our home to help us assess our needs, until the new Lennox unit was up and running; everything about this company and their sales people, office people, and especially our installers, was perfection. Every question was answered respectfully and competently. Needless to say, the entire experience was excellent. Air Experts earns the superior recommendations they have received on Angie's List. Project manager, Dave, took into consideration our needing the most quiet system in our value range and suggested the Lennox system for our upstairs which is more quite than the not so old unit we have downstairs. The upstairs unit needs to be a workhorse as it takes the brunt of the cooling work in the summer as we have a very open floor plan. We had trouble cooling a room on the opposite end of the house from the unit, a room that we spend a considerable amount of time in. We had been told by other companies that nothing could be done to improve the air in that room because it was actually beyond the exterior wall of the house which prevented access to the space around it to add ducts. This is when our installers Aaron, Chuckie and Henry, particularly Aaron who was lead, did some very creative problem solving and some really hot and dirty work to install a dedicated new run through a closet and into the dormer space around this room. We now get a little chilly in a room that was unbearably hot on the hottest days of summer. Air Experts provided a properly sized, quiet, high SEER, Lennox system for us to enjoy. We could not be more comfortable!

Techs were all nice. Arrived and began all inspections and work on time. Heck, even the city inspectors were on time, I don't know how they managed that. ;) Everything was done very quick and I have not had any problems in I think price of the product was good, they submitted all paperwork for rebate and product incentives. The past 7 weeks were fairly hot, but I have had no worries.

The guy that did the installation - a very nice young man, can't remember his name - ended up having to do the whole job alone (I think the other guy that was supposed to be there was sick or something). He stayed really late until the job was done and took the time to show me how to work the thermostat too. There was a slight problem a couple of hours later and the AC stopped kicking out cold air. I called and they had someone at my house within an hour (which for me is quick because I live in the boonies) -- this was about 11pm. I can't remember what was wrong, but the next day it was fixed free of charge. I had one other issue with my thermostat a month or so later that had to do with my breaker - had nothing to do with the work they did. Before I figured out it was my breaker, though, I'd already called them and by the time they called back (about 10 minutes later) I'd already figured out what the problem was and fixed it. IF you call them, they seriously WILL call you back quickly, they're not kidding when they say that! Very, VERY happy with their customer service and would definitely recommend them and do business again.

I was extremely pleased with Air Experts and will definitely call them again. Even though I had never used them, they sent someone out the next day. The technician, Bobby, was great. He was knowledgeable, polite, and explained everything he was doing. I found Air Experts here on Angie's List and bought the $29 coupon, which was a huge bargain since the company with which I had a service contract charged me over $100 two years ago to do the very same thing!

We had 2 units and one of the units was not working properly, a diagnostic was done and it was determined the unit needed a new motor for the fan. The technician was able to fix the problem with in a reasonable amount of time.

Travis came out to do an AC Tune Up. He educated me on my system while he worked and didn't mind me following him around asking tons of questions. All in all, a great job.

He came out and adjusted the heater for us, because some of the settings were not right. The heater was working a lot better after that.
