Arrived on time. Told me how long it would take. Proceeded to install and completed it on time. Was very clear and communicative.

The installers replaced the old units plus installed all new duck work. The work late into the evening but got all the work done in one day. All items have been cleaned up and systems are working great. Noticed a dramatic improvement in how fast the new furnace heats up the house. Major difference compared to the old heat pump. Thanks for pushing us into that direction.

After reviewing 4 quotes and comparing apples to apples the best you can, I decided to go with Air Experts due to their costs, but then backing it up with solid warranties. Sometimes I get leary when the costs appear to be too low compared to other quotes, but when they backed it up with the warranty I got, it gives me a good feeling on the quality of the product and installation. In 1 day they tore out 2 old units. replaced with 2 new units including moving an old outside unit to placing the new one in the crawlspace. They replaced dhe ductwork and relocated the condensing units to the opposite side of the house for noise minimization. The 3 crews total were excellent and very professional. They were hard workers that really cared about the job they were doing. They came back the following day to complete loose ends but they would not leave on the first day until we had operational systems. I am very pleased with all aspects from price, to quality of units, installation, cleanup, followup and warranty.

Not physically possible to do the work the way my furnace is installed

In July I had trouble with my air conditioning system and based upon the review for Air Experts, I hired them to replace my HVAC system. They were able to remove my old system and install the new one within a few days. Unfortunately, the new system did not cool my house. When the Air Experts project manager came out, he mentioned that he needed to complete the wiring and that the exhaust pipe was not up to code. I am not certain when they were planning to complete the installation as they did not indicate to us when they left that they meeded to come back. The project manager finally went under the house and realized that the top was off something under the house and all the cool air was escaping in the crawl space. Finally, the new air conditioner cooled the house, and the installation was completed. Last weekend, the furnace stopped working on Sunday night. I had a technician look at the system on Monday. He told me that the furnace had not been converted from natural gas to propance gas when it was installed and this caused the ignitor to burn out. He returned on Tuesday to install a new ignitor and convert the furnace to propane gas. The furnace worked until Friday evening when it shut off again. The technician who came out on Saturday said that the first technician had left a wire unattached and it had shorted out a fuse. He corrected that issue and replaced the fuse. He also mentioned that the heat exchanger looked like it had a problem with soot because the furnace had not been converted to propane when it was installed. He said that he would put in a work order to have the heat exchange replaced next week. A few hours after he left, the funace quit again. Since there are no parts at the office, I have to wait until they can get the parts on Monday before the furnace can be repaired. The technicians who come to the house are very professional, and prompt. Unfortunately, it seems to take several trips to have repairs made properly and to have the system set up correctly.

Two men came in working as a team. They were careful not to leave dust or debris behind. They were polite and efficient. I would recommend this service to others.

Went very well; technician prompt and courteous. Will be returning in spring to tune-up air conditioner. Definitely will use them again.

Before they could perform the service, my system broke down, was unsafe. The gas company red-tagged it. Therefore, I no longer needed their service. I did, however, buy an entire new heating and cooling system from this company.

Scheduling the appointment was so easy and they were able to come out the next day (I know that isn't always possible but super nice this time). Curtis arrived within the 30 minute window first thing in the morning. He was friendly, courteous, and very professional. He provided some helpful recommendations and resources for us to consider for future work we should have done. He didn't try to up-sell me or push products that I should purchase, just gave me the information to consider and how to get questions answered later. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The technician arrived on time and he removed his shoes to protect the carpeting. I have the original heating and cooling system (24 years old) for the second floor. He gave me some good advise in that the unit is old and when furnace units age they can give off carbon monoxide. He indicated it would be best to consider finding a replacement unit soon. He also advised I install carbon monoxide detectors in the home. There were a few water stains on the ceiling of the bedroom and he told me that he could see where the flashing around a vent was not providing adequate coverage. This helped as well to identify the source of the water leakage. I appreciated his concern and detailed explanation of how an older furnace can pose a health threat. Update: The following week I had another contractor come out to provide a quote to replace the upstairs heating/cooling system. He indicated to me that the heating unit had been replaced 11 years ago so the heating unit is not part of the original system.

I have used this company in the past and have been very pleased with their work and this time was no exception. Mike was professional, he called ahead and arrived on time, and patiently answered all my questions about the units.

Typically check up but they found a pin hole (literally) in the heat exchanger ( a 12 foot pipe wound around inside the unit) and wanted to charge $2000 to fix. I said no I would do some research but they still called me every other day for 2 weeks to pester.

I had Air Experts come out to correct the mistakes made by the less than reputable company sent by my home warranty company. The diagnosed the correct problem, fixed the other company's mistakes and got us up and running again. Best part: It cost less than the service call for the home warranty! I HIGHLY recommend them!

The entire crew that came out was fantastic. A lot of folks that come into your home to provide services or installations are good, but not very personable. All the guys from Air Experts were both! I have 3 dogs and they are sort of yappy, and the guys working inside were joking with me about them, and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They kept me informed of what they were doing the whole time. They cleaned my ducts, repaired some, and installed a new system and thermostat. Initially I was told it might be a 2-day job but they were done in one day. Everything was cleaned up and the system has been working great. No one wants to have to get a new AC system, but if I was going to spend all that money, I believe I went with the right company! They were all very responsive and great to talk to and did a fantastic job.

Kyle was personable and professional. He looked at my system and gave me all my options. It was an old system and he said I certainly had the option to repair it and gave me a rough estimate on that. However due to the holes in ducts and the age of my system he recommended I replace it. He made it clear he was not a salesman, and his estimates were just rough so I would have something to base my thinking on. I decided to consider a new system and Kyle had David contact me.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They completed a maintenance check on the units. The technician who came out did explain that there was something on the unit in the near future that may need replaced, but nothing that needed attention at this time. They were excellent!

I got a great price and the work went exactly as described. They even prepare all the manufacturers and state rebates for you, and organize the City inspection. I am very happy with the new system and with the Air Experts crew that did the work.

They were to come between 12 and 2:00 PM. They called and said they would be a little early, however my wife was delayed from a prior appointment and came home at 12:15 PM to find them waiting..Other vendors might have let, leaving a note (maybe). They did a thorough job and suggested a solution to my sensitivity to air-born dust, pollen. We were pleased with their attitude, approach and timeliness.

It went okay but they told us we needed to replace everything at about $6k-$10k. The system was and still is working fine, they were just trying to up sell us since we didn't have any major work done with them. We had another company that we use regularly come out and told us there is no need to replace anything as it is working fine.

AirExperts mentioned that they can't install humidifier when the furnace is on 2nd floor and suggested I seek refund.
