They did a very good job. He was very friendly, easy to work with, and seemed to know what he was doing. We ended up since then replacing the entire system, but did not go with them. We used a different company. I do not think there was any delay. I believe there may have been an additional cost for the extra refrigerant.

Bill and Patrick were on time, very professional, polite, and performed their service in an outstanding and timely fashion. I would recommend them to everybody who is interested in this service for their house. I will certainly use them again. Great Provider!

They were very prompt. They were able to address the issue. They were really super professional. They weighed everything out before they started their work which is very nice. They were expert and I thought that they were very good.

The repairman was great! He made all the repairs needed, cleaned the unit, and took the time to explain to us what he did and why. Our gas central heater unit had stopped working, although we could hear it trying to start up. He also noted that battery-backup thermostats can make you think the unit is functioning, when it is not. By taking out the batteries, the thermostat will go off when there is problem so you will notice it quicker.

Marvin arrived precisely on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided useful feedback for what to do in the future. Even though we had the same problem occur again 2 days later, there was no charge for the callback (Policy: no charge for call back within 30 days for the same problem). It seems there is a slightly more extensive problem that is being worked on now. The ' no charge for the call back' takes the sting out of the additional work. Hopefully I leave as good of a review after the final work is complete.

Bobby came out and diagnosed a non-functioning air handler. He found the motor to be blown, not surprising as the air-handler (1993) was original to the house and mismatched to the compressor (2007) , we're the 3rd owners. I'm glad that I was able to get the diagnosis for only $29 vs. $90+ for what I would have paid as the standard rate had I simply blindly called another company. My only wish is that he would have dumbded his explanation down closer to a DIYer level. Turned out I purchased a new heat pump and air handler form Air Experts...

The repair person was on time, friendly, and corrected the problem. I was very pleased with their service and will continue to work with them in the future.

The Air Experts technician determined the problem to be a fried mother board (i.e., primary circuitboard) and recommended system replacement. I asked him to order the circuitboard. After saying he called Carrier, he stated that the board was no longer in stock and would have to be custom-built. There would be a two-week turnaround. He also recommended other parts to be replaced, since the system is 21 years old (original) installation. Total estimated cost of parts, $1400. I ordered the parts. In the meantime, I called another HVAC company in my area for a second opinion. HVAC #2 sent out their service tech., who also identified the circuitboard as the problem. He checked the other parts by way of a jumper, which bypassed the circuitboard, allowing the heater to run through several cycles. Since I already had parts on order via Air Experts, I sent HVAC #2 tech. on his way. The sales rep. from HVAC #2 came out that night and also recommended that I replace the system. Like the Air Experts rep., he also left the repair option on the table. When I mentioned Carrier no longer made the circuitboard, he put in a call to Carrier with his phone on speaker. The circuitboard was in stock. Total estimated cost of parts plus labor, $520. I canceled my parts order with Air Experts. HVAC #2 came out the following day and completed repairs. Giving Air Experts the benefit of the doubt was a mistake. Bottom line, the Carrier part was on the shelf and cheap. There's no excuse for telling me the circuitboard was not in stock, much less that it was no longer made and would have to be fabricated. My score for Air Experts' Price is a D, for the excessive cost and fabrication of the replacement part. My score for Air Experts' Quality is a C, for the inexplicable need to custom-build a mother board, when the part is still available from Carrier.

Kim arrived on time after calls from office, started checking out furnace, confirmed problem. He did diagnostics, then when power wouldn't come on when circuit breaker re-connected, discovered broken switch. Replaced switch, checked some other operations of the furnace, cleaned heat sensors, and buttoned it all up. Meanwhile, described what he was doing clearly so I could follow along. Furnace now running fine. He knew the system and worked quickly, was personable and communicated well.

On the day of service, the worker was a little later than I thought due to having to go to a few different stores to get the parts. However, once he arrived, he apologized for being late and went right to work. He explained in a very easy-to-understand way what the task involved and asked questions on some aspects if I had any input on where things would be located. He finished the job ahead of time and went over the operation and semi-annual maintenance/adjustments of the humidifier. I am very pleased with the person from Air Experts Heating & Cooling. He was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better installer. The only area for improvement from a company standpoint would be to call the day before to confirm the appointment and to mention a broader window for arrival due to installer needing to pick up parts in the morning.

I had an excellent experience with Air Experts. The sales person arrived on schedule the day after my initial call. He was very personable, knowledgeable and provided a very reasonable estimate. The installers arrived the next day, on schedule, did a great job, left everything looking great, inside and out. The system has been working great during this very cold stretch and I've been extremely satisfied. Thanks Air Experts!

The repair person came right on time and was very friendly and efficient. He fixed the problem and reminded us that we receive a discount as Angie's list members. The whole experience was very easy and pleasant and I will certainly call them again.

The technician arrived on time and assessed both our units. For one he did not have a part he needed; so he went and got it and came back. For the other, he had a lot of work he needed to do, but he made sure to get it working. He spent the time necessary but the price was reasonable for the time he needed to work on it. The $29 service fee is not something you can find, and I prefer that vs. a high service fee and a repair on top of it. The tech did everything that was needed and got the job done. I am satisfied with their work.

The were very polite and courteous when they showed up to my home. When they came out to my home, I was informed that the furnace in this deal was not the furnace that I needed.

Service went well. We had no issues. We had to wait for the part to be delivered but once it was in, Air Experts came out and replaced it. Very professional, no concerns.

Deal referred to tune-up, Megan at Air Experts informed me that tune-ups were a $55 deal ant this deal was for second opinions only.

Everything went very well. I plan to use them again.

Curtis was incredibly professional, quiet about his work, and thorough. He gave me advise on which filters I should be using as what was in there was so dense it was causing my furnaces to work way too hard. He changed it for a more acceptable allergen filter. One note, he didn't have the odd-sized filter for my second floor and wasn't able to change it. If you have odd-sized filters already purchased, be sure to have them available for him to install.

Everything went alright. I was under the impression that I would get a rebate from the energy company based on what I had been told, but that wasn't the case, which was disappointing. The service was great however.

Air Experts did a great job. The technician, Kyle K, arrived on time, worked very efficiently, and explained the functionality of the system to me before he left. Overall I would recommend this service to anyone interested in a quality job at a great price.

The Tech was wonderful and very knowledgeable . He cleaned and told me what I should watch for in the future as I had two parts that were starting to go. I would use again in the future.

Air Experts Heating & Cooling Technician came out but after inspecting crawlspace and heating/air system determined there was not enough space to install the humidifier.
