Curtis arrived on time and was very professional. I appreciate that he put on shoe covers so as not to track outside dirt into my home. He thoroughly inspected the furnace unit, carbon sensors and outside AC unit. He recommended a special service plan which we are considering for purchase. He also recommended ways we could regulate our temperature upstairs and downstairs, and also suggested using a different air filter to better manage air quality in the home. It was easy to schedule the service as this company has a person answering the phone rather than a machine. An appointment was made and the technicians called the day of service to let me know that they could arrive at my house earlier than scheduled if it was alright with me. Bill and Patrick were very courteous and professional and inspected duct work in the basement and also used a ladder to access the attic crawl space to determine what needed to be done. They vacuumed ducts and also sealed some ducts that unbeknownst to us had been leaking air. The work was performed neatly.

It went well. They got the job done in about 4 hours. They cleaned up well.

Perfect. He arrived on time and even fixed the problem (which was a simple one) for free. Can't say much because it was only an inspection but from the service the technician provided and the responsiveness of the company I would use them again.

This company is really amazing! First, they gave me a $55 coupon that reduced the tune-up from $110 to $55. Secondly, the day of the appointment Michelle called and said that the technician had finished another job earlier then expected and that he could get to me within 30 minutes, that was really great because my scheduled appointment was between 2 and 4 p.m.. That gave me extra time to do some Christmas shopping. Upon arrival Bobby went straight to work and found my problem and within 15 minutes had me up and running again. And, as a courtesy he checked the adjustments on a sister furnace nearby. In addition, he lite the pilot lights on two of three gas fire places; all at no extra charge. Instead of arriving between 2 and 4 p.m. he was finish and gone by 2. Air Experts Heating and Cooling will be my service company for life. Thanks Michelle and Bobby.

It was a good experience. It took a while to install it. They were there one day and came back to finish the install. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves too.

Did a very professional job . Was on time and stayed as long as it took. Bill, the technician, was great to work with and was very careful during and after the work. I was very pleased and WILL use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Our house was built in 1955 with an oil furnace. We changed to a gas furnace/system a few years ago using all the same ductwork. This was the first time the duct system has been cleaned. The 2 guys examined all the ducts & did a thorough job with their cleaning & vacuuming system. They also checked all the ducts for condition/stability, after 55 years of use. They were on time, efficient, meticulous about not making a mess & professional ...job well done.

They did a great job. No question about that. They were really good. The guy knows the problem and they offered to replace the part but the part was on a mark up, the part was so high that I just bought the part myself for them and fixed it. I just used them to diagnose the problem. When they gave me the quote, it was to high so I bought the parts myself. They did the diagnosis, they showed me what was wrong and they did a good job with that. I called Angie's list for the second diagnosis. They came in and they found out that the bad board has caused the motor to go bad and they guy quoted me 777$ to replace that motor but he also told me that I can buy it myself and that was $$30$ I think and so I bought it myself. It only took 15 minutes. They were very honest, I mean, the guy. They were very prompt. They showed up. They did what they had to do. They have a huge mark ups for parts. They were great. They showed up whenever they said. The guy was so honest. He diagnosed it super fast. He was done in two minutes in the first time. The second time, it was really quick. They know how to diagnose the problem and they figured it out really quick. So that was really good part. Its hard to rate on the pricing part. They're on time.

Compared with the normal engineer who had been many times before this service was carried out extremely quickly which begs the question of what was not done ? Also the answer to one of my questions was unrealistic having been an engineer myself

I wish I knew! They have never sent any estimate even when I did not receive it and re- requested it, it was not sent. Now I have a broken heat exchanger and have been calling them for estimate to re place the HVAC unit. I have not had any technicians return my call. This has been over 30 hours. I hope I do not die of CO2 poisoning.

The service was fine. It was good. It was quick and inexpensive. The guy that did it was nice. I would use them again if I was still in North Carolina.
