Air Experts Heating & Cooling

We recently had our furnace replaced by Air Experts in November. They replaced both units. We noticed that we were not receiving air our of one of the registers. I contacted them and explained the issue and how the units were just replaced. The installation manager and another co-worker came out and inspected the duct work and noticed that one of the lines were crushed preventing air from traveling. They replaced the line and made sure all the lines were off the ground. Now the room is heating evenly. Thanks again for the quick response and fixing the issue.

The service went well. They serviced both the ac and furnace. One technician came out and completed the job in about 30-40 minutes. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They were prompt and cleaned the duct really well. They did a good job. The price was good. In fact they did more than what they actually needed to do.

I got 3 bids for this work. I chose Air Experts on the basis of their pricing and the warranty on the Rheem gas pack. The installation crew show up the day after I informed Air Experts I wanted them to do the job. At the end of the day, the unit was installed and running, and everything was cleaned up. They followed up to check on the work and make sure I was completely satisified. They did a great job.

He came and did what he was supposed to. He was pleasant to work with and punctual. I’m just not sure the unit is functioning properly. It’s not registering the levels properly.

We've used Air Experts for one year now after changing our contract from another local provider. Overall, we have found them to be responsible, professional, and reasonable. Curtis did both our fall and spring services and was great. We have a very complicated Carrier HVAC system and he has done a good job inspecting it and even caught some items prior to them failing during the inspection (which is far preferable to an emergency service call in the middle of summer!) I would definitely recommend them for regular service.

They were prompt and professional, however, I don't know if the technician fully understood my unit, because it is an older one.

They were on time and they took care of the service and they talked to me about it. It went well.

Curtis was right on time and very professional. We had gotten an error message on our heat pump system monitor since it wasn't running properly. Spiders webs were blocking the flow of gas and the furnace wasn't starting properly. Now that he has cleaned the unit and tube it is running just fine.

The workers were fine. They were very prompt and right on time. They left the area fine. I would recommend them to family and friends.

It was good. They are professional, very neat, they came out and did their job, and made a list of things needed to be fixed that they looked at. I'm very pleased with them but responsiveness is a bit slow.

It was a great experience. Scheduling was perfect. My wife primarily worked with them and indicated they were really easy to work with and friendly. I feel they did a little extra with the cleaning of the ducts as there was a ton of sawdust that needed to be cleaned out.

They came out and the A/C was dead. We had to purchase a new one. It was quite expensive though. They found that our old A/C was inefficient and undersized for our home. They installed the correct A/C for us which is now extremely efficient.

The system seasonal heat check was not covered by the $225 fee for bonding the gas line to ground line of main electrical base; it was part of a maintenance package I purchased a year ago for preventive maintenance.

Overall it went really well. The technician was very knowledgeable and much more willing to explain things than folks I've had come out in the past. He explained the costs/risks of adding more Freon (if it was new/large leak it would just leak out again). At this point I decided not to do a pressure test to help pinpoint the leak. As it turns out, it did leak out again within a week or so. Over the course of having several companies out (including this one) to get repair/replacement estimates, I called a different (local to WF) company to come out and run a leak test. No leaks were found except some evidence near the Freon fittings which were a "little loose". That tech also reported that the coils still had some junk in them from the last cleaning. (After the second Freon recharge, it worked fine until winter set in). Overall my experience was positive. I'm lowering the quality rating slightly because the leak "seemed" to be because of the loose fittings and the report from the other tech about the coil cleanliness....however it HAD been many years since the coils were clean and I didn't really give Air Experts an opportunity to address it, so I don't particularly consider this a big failing on their part (they're still on my list for HVAC replacement when it comes time for that).

There was just one person that came out. The worker was fine. He left the area clean. I would tell a friend they have good service.

He's very professional, much laid back and there was no pressure. He is our favorite. He called and he let us know he's on his way. He's awesome and showed up fairly on time. He gave like all different options.

After nursing my old system through the past two winters, I knew it was time to replace. Sales rep was very professional and personable, and I was comfortable with his recommendation and price for replacement of not only 20 yr old furnace, but also slightly less old but very inefficient air system. I felt the price was reasonable for what I got, but not a race horse deal, hence a good on price rather than excellent! Sales, installation, followup were all excellent and I am VERY happy with the results. My home is warmer than it's been in quite a while and I LOVE< LOVE< LOVE the WiFi thermostat!!

The service was good. We had some issues, and I called them, so they came here, and we were pretty satisfied. They were very nice, and very responsive. The unit is cooling fine, and I had some issues with the heating, and they fixed it, so, so far so good.

It was a Big Deal purchase. The service was fine. They gave a quote for a repair that probably was not needed. The actual work was fine. I thought that the quote was a little off. The Big Deal price was fine.

The owner came by and talked to me about the products, what improvements have been made about the product and the hybrid. It was reasonably priced and we made arrangements for the installation. They scheduled to come a couple of weeks for maintenance of the units.
