I thought the service turned out fine and I had no issues them. The technician was nice.

Provider was punctual and very professional. Explained what was causing problem and solution. Unit was low on Freon. Freon was expensive but provider explained why (type of Freon). Did thorough inspection of unit and answered questions I had. I plan to use provider again in the future.

He would only check one part of our heating system and he wanted to check the backup gas furnace. It took about 10 minutes and was not worth the cost.

All of the works was performed in one day by two crews. Very pleased with the service.

The guys sent out a tech to let me know that my unit had finally died. I met with Patrick in sales later and we discussed my best option to go ahead a replace 2 units total, I didn't want the other one to die in the heat of summer. Patrick was awesome. Super friendly and professional. He knew his stuff and gave me the best deal upfront. The company sent 2 teams on install day . They were all very good. Everything got done in about 8 hours.

I had picked Air Experts due to the overwhelming positive reviews found here on Angies List. I want to share my experience to let everyone know about my experience so far to date. I had Air Experts perform a total change out of both of my HVAC systems (two AC units and two gas furnaces). Total cost was around $14,000. The problems I experienced started the day of the install. The technician wired up the upstairs thermostat and couldn?t get the AC to come on. Turns out that he didn?t know the upstairs unit was a dual compressor and didn?t wire up the thermostat for that. This concerns me because I had tecs installing an AC unit that didn?t even know what type it was. The second issue I had the morning after the install. The weather was 5 degrees outside and when I went downstairs I discovered the heat was not working. I called AirExperts and the message said someone would return my call within 15 min. An hour passed and nobody called me back. I called again and left another message. Eventually someone sent me a text message that a supervisor would be on their way out. When he got here he discovered that the installer left a part meant to be removed after shipping on the pump for the downstairs unit. This caused the pump to not come on and the unit to trip off to prevent water overflowing. This was install error number 2. My third issue came maybe a week later when I discovered the upstairs AC fan was running but no cold air was being produced. I called air experts again and they sent a tech out to look at the problem. He identified ANOTHER wiring issue from original installation. This was the third install issue I had. The latest issue I had was discovered during the City of Morrisville?s inspection. The inspector identified that the breaker installed for the upstairs unit was not large enough to handle the name plate rating of the AC unit and there might not be large enough wire installed to handle the larger name plate rating of the upstairs unit. This is the most serious error of them all. Undersized wiring in my home could put me and my family at risk for fire. How this was not found during install I do not know. I have another supervisor coming out to my house in a few days to correct the breaker/wire size issue and Ill update my review with the results of that visit, but for now it has not been very positive.

The technician did the repair on our HVAC out back (in truly freezing weather) and did so with a great attitude and a lot of helpful communication. He went over our options at several points, and offered estimates before proceeding. We were very happy with him and the company.

We had this company out for a yearly check up of our two furnaces. The technician seemed very good. He explained everything he did and gave us great news - a piece of both furnaces was recalled a few years back and the previous homeowners had it installed. We had been anticipating that the furnace would go out really soon, but he let us know that with the recall installation, we had at least another 5-10 years of life in the furnace. Excellent news! Getting ready to hire them again to service our AC units.

The service man was very upbeat and he knew his trade. I enjoyed chatting with him as he worked.

Kyle performed the Spring AC check, answered my questions, and changed my inlet filters. He was respectful and did not put pressure on me to purchase extra services. He gave me information on an ultraviolet air purifier, but accepted my need to do further research before making a purchase. This is the second time I have used Air Experts and have been pleased with their professionalism, communications with me, and being on time. I plan to use them again.

Scheduling was simple and they came out the day after I called. The work was completed in about two hours and they left no mess behind. They did a good job overall.

They came within less than a week to do the work. They went over a bit because of a part but it still seemed economically reasonable. He did a good job and seemed to take pride in his work.

All the checks were Ok so far as i know. would have been a wonderful but, but i was charged (after hassling ) $140 f0r a diverse Tech 45100 Capacitor that I could have bought for $32.18. I consider that to be a rip off.

Went fine. Tried to convince us that we needed a new heat pump. Current one is only a few years old. We had another estimate by the people who installed it and decided what we had was working fine.

They came quickly and were on time. They fixed the A/C with no problems.

Later investigation determined I needed a new A/C and furnace. Not surprised, the original model that came with the house was over 10 years and many people on my job stated they had to replace their furnace approx. at the 6-7 year mark. Air Experts are wonderful, very professional people. I highly recommend them. They were punctual, and did the work neatly and thoroughly. I've used them twice since then and will most likely always use for my a/c & furnace needs.

They ended up replacing the heating element on our unit. Everything went well.

Kyle from Air Experts Heating & Cooling arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He introduced himself and we proceeded to discuss the issues I was having with my furnace. From there, we went to the attic and he started a diagnostic of the furnace. Kyle pointed out that my dampers were mostly closed to the upstairs vents, which was causing the system to "short cycle". From there Kyle took out my blower motor to inspect. Mind you this is no easy task as he had to remove the draft blower motor and the control board to get to it. He removed the blower motor and pointed out some issues with it. He also talked with me about the heat exchanger as well. After discussions about my options, he put all of the items back on the furnace and fired it up. From here, Kyle wrote up all of my options on a work order and sent it via email. Overall, my experience with Kyle was very positive. He explained everything in great detail and was able to answer any questions I had. Furthermore, he didn't apply any high pressure sales techniques or try and to get me to commit to anything. I was very pleased with the service performed especially all of the work that was performed to inspect the blower motor. Keep in mind all of this was done for $39 (Angie's List Deal). Most any other service providers would have charged additional money to do the additional diagnostic work that my problems required. When I replace my furnace I'm going straight to these folks.

Technician was very friendly, quickly completed troubleshooting and diagnosed the problem. The fix was a $2 light switch that I replaced myself. Would recommend this service.

It was fine. They were very thorough.

Complete tune-up of furnace and was able to determine the age of the furnace and it has been working perfectly ever sense.

The person who came was very helpful, he explained us that the problem could be a quick fix or it could be something worse. He also explained very well what costs it would implicate in the worst case scenario.
