Technian was so pleasant and efficient. Answered all my questions. We decided to sign up for an annual contract with them. We were/are very impressed with their guarantee.

Very responsive. Made room in their schedule to return the next day to repair the AC.

I made an appointment to have a leak check performed on my AC since it has been leaking freon for a couple of years. The service man came out and check my system and quoted me $3500 to replace the evaporator coil on my unit. He was very nice but I felt like he was acting as a salesman and was pushing me to get a new system. Saying that $3500 is half the cost of getting a new system. He got me in contact with a Comfort Expert. The appointment with the Comfort Expert was the same day. He was overwhelming. He brought a couple of binders with unit information, peoples invoices from other companies, and all their Angie's list accomplishments. He tried to sell me on his company and his many Angie's list reviews/rating before he even figured out what I needed and was needing in a system. He quoted me $7000 for a new system. As I usually do I got a second opinion and the evaporator coil was the problem but i was quoted $1500 to fix it and they said there was nothing wrong with my unit. I went with the second company.

Curtis called ahead, arrived on time and checked and cleaned two A/C units. He cheerfully explained what he was doing as he went. He did a very thorough job and even crawled under the house to check that the A/C ducts were clean. Curtis probably did one of the most thorough jobs of checking my A/C that has been done since I moved in several years ago. He is very professional and friendly and does his job conscientiously. Overall, I was very pleased.

I did like them. I will be using them again.

Air Experts was prompt and friendly. They noticed an issue with the blower, stating it would fail at some point in the near future, and gave me an estimate to replace it (but also recommended looking at replacing the whole HVAC unit given its age). The motor lasted through the winter, but this helped me make my decision months later when I started having trouble with my AC.

Annual AC check up. On time, friendly, and professional. In the past we've had other services come out and they've always "found" problems for $5-600. With Air Experts the system looked good and no suggested repairs. serviced and moved on.

Marvin could not have been more personable and professional!!!! I was given a courtesy call before he arrived...which was even earlier than scheduled. He took extra steps to even "clean up" our outside unit which is 26 years old. He survived my two barking dogs and was very kind to them. I would use Air Experts again in the future and will personally ask for Marvin as my servicemen.

He is very efficient and very knowledgeable he also explained everything to me and I really appreciated that. He was very respectful of the things in my house and the surroundings.

The service went very well; I was very pleased with the level of detail provided before and after the unit was serviced. The service representative was very professional and courteous. He informed me of each item he checked on the AC unit and the level at which it was functioning. I had been told by another company that unit had a refrigerant leak and asked him about the leak; he indicated there was no leak and the refrigerant levels were not low.

Showed up quickly and got the AC running in short order. I was painting upstairs and about to keel over from the heat. It was a welcome relief.

I contacted them via Angie's List when my townhouse's heat stopped working last November and I came home to a 45F cold house. They responded quickly and visited for tune up and fixed the problem. They were very professional and responsive and I paid the angie's list member amount for that visit. Would recommend them to anyone!

Air experts performed an accurate assessment and diagnostics missed by Ideal services. They got my system up and running...everything is working fine.

My downstairs heating unit was not working. The initial cost of service was $29 for diagnostic service call. The technician assessed the problem and replaced the bad part, an electrical board costing approximately $500. The technician was on time and completed the repair in a timely fashion. The cost of the service was reasonable. I have no complaints.

The experience was fine. He's very professional, took off his shoes before he came in the house. When he's finished, he was willing to vacuum for me.

It went well, but the price of Freon was significantly higher than another service used by a friend (the types of Freon used weren't verified).
