I can really tell a difference in how must less dusty my downstairs is.

It went well. My a/c is working in this heat so I am happy.

Everything went according to plan - this was a routine maintenance call to ensure our system would not produce any problems over the summer.

Getting the capacitor replaced was a bit pricey but I was heading to the beach so couldn't get to it myself.

In his defense, he was professional, but did not bring all of the equipment with him to service my units because the call was a "check-up" and they don't load their trucks with all of the necessary equipment to do a complete service as required based on the assessment. This is the company policy, not the service specialist. So he would have needed to come back and they wanted to charge me more money to come back, along with a service contract. I had to call someone else to come out and service the system and fill the lines and repair the needed parts. I would have stayed with this company, but the lack of preparation is something I have no patience for. This is your living and you aren't prepared to execute that living. Interesting.

Never provided quote we are looking for as promised after two visits

The technician (Curtis) was very helpful in explaining we had a possible leak and that in due time we would lose freon. We we going to ask for a new system quote but got real busy with some personal obligations. His diagnosis was right on, and now with this heat wave we are only getting luke warm air. Would love to detect the leak and do a bandage repair to buy a little time to get the funds for a new system. We have used Air Experts in the past and would not consider any other company. Curtis is a real gentleman and my nervous wife wishes all service personnel were like him. I Highly recommend Air Experts to everyone.

I did not authorize a replacement of a thermostat especially since it was only 5 years old. The serviceman called me and told me there was some repair work that needed to be done to the unit. He never mentioned replacing the thermostat. Had he mentioned it I would not have authorized him to replace. Additionally, the way he listed it on the bill was deceptive and I the only way I found out was when I had service done at another location. When mentioning the excessive cost I was told by a different service person that the thermostat should not have need replacing. I have also inquired with the company office only to be told that they would call me back and of course I have not heard from them as of this date.

The provider showed up exactly on time and was incredibly professional and kind. Explained what he was doing throughout. He found something that wasn't currently a problem but could turn into one in the future. He didn't pressure us to buy anything additional, but gave us the option. Would definitely use their services again based on their professionalism.

First came to service my 2 AC units, I had a big deal on Angies list and was very happy with their work. Then had them come back for some repairs that arose from house inspection. They were honest and reliable and were very knowledgeable and helpful. The work was done quickly and well.

The technician was punctual and did the job promptly and explained all the process and issues that he found in the HVAC system. Took the time to do the job and give some recommendations for overall improvement.

Kyle was our technician. He showed up on time, wore shoe coverings in the house, and was willing to work around other workers while here (i was having work done on our house that is for sale). He cleaned and inspected our furnace and AC units, took time to explain his recommendations for further work without pressuring me to do something right then. He patiently answered all my questions. He even pulled by hand the grass around the bottom of the AC units and explained to me why I should do the same to protect them (instead of weed-eating). I used the online deal through Angie's List to save money. Oh, and the woman in the office that I talked with to set things up and pay afterwards was very professional, too, and efficiently worked with me to take care of everything. Very pleased with everything.

It went well! The tech was here for about 1 hour, really took his time to look for any potential issues.

Our old air conditioner failed in hot weather, go figure. All of the old R-22 refrigerant leaked out. I had a maintenance contract with another local HVAC provider. Their replacement options were very expensive, in my opinion. Five figures expensive. I searched Angie's List for another source. Air Experts came in thousands of dollars below the other vendor. They tracked close to prices that I saw in an article on Angie's List about air conditioner replacements in 2013. Package units are more expensive, since you have to buy the heater and air conditioner together. Air Experts was so responsive and easy to deal with that I decided to go with them. For example, their manager emailed me a price estimate on his day off. They stuck to their price, even though the whole house filter could not be installed inside the package unit because a fence next to the unit prevented access. They installed the filter in the crawlspace on a very hot day. Their work crew was very professional. I could not be more happy with Air Experts and Angie's List! Angie has paid for herself about a hundred times over with this one job!

AE was the low cost bidder vs. three other firms. All parts of the transaction were handled accurately and professionally. I have chosen to use AE for my seasonal heat and AC updates.

The service went well. The tech was scheduled between 8-10 and he showed up at 9 am. He was friendly and professional. He asked to use my tools because he forgot his. Everybody has off days, and it was better than him leaving to go retrieve them and delaying the service call. I will use them in the future.

Air experts were great to deal with from the beginning. Purchased the big deal and got a very quick response for scheduling service. They arrived for the appointment on time and did an excellent job. Would definitely use them again in the future.

The technician just came to show me that there is not enough Freon to cool the unit. I was just surprised to see this. That person did not even come inside to check the AC unit. Just he verified the fan outside and shown me a pipe that he suspects as leaking freon. He was suggesting for a bigger repair to remove the plastered wall and remove the pipe to check the leak location for freon. This is a waste of money to me.

I was very pleased, and am having them take over my service contract!
