Very prompt and professional.

They diagnosed the problem quickly (a broken switch) and showed me how to fix it. They also gave me a diagnosis of my overall system. They were great to work with. Would definitely use them in the future.

We have used them several times, but now I feel they are thieves. The tech was excellent but they tried to "rob" us. While he properly diagnosed a valve problem, he handed me a written quote for the valve replacement for 1100 dollars, with 700 for the valve alone. The tech even said Trane had the most expensive parts with an earnest face. I thought that sounded like a lot so I researched it online and the valve retails from Trane for about 150 dollars. I called Air Experts assuming it was a mistake and it wasn't. After they confirmed with was a true quote, I then confessed I had called around and gotten another quote from an A rated company on Angie's List to do the same work for under 500 dollars and they magically came down in price to match their competitor. I was disgusted with their business practice and called the other company to do the final repair. Shame on you Air Experts!

I was very impressed with Air Experts. The person who scheduled the appointment was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Bill arrived on time and worked straight for over 2 hours. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was beneficial. He also answered questions I had about related issues, but not specifically what he was doing. He even checked some of my ducts (not what he was supposed to do) and recommended services based on issues he found with the A/C unit (again, not what he was there for). All in all, a great experience. I have scheduled a A/C tune up with Air Experts and will probably have them seal my system, based on Bill's recommendations.

Overbooked! Do not purchase this deal for air conditioning services. Scheduling out services greater than 6 wks is unacceptable and the time frame should be posted alongside of the deal. End of July? That's absurd to think I would pay when I can have someone come much sooner. I feel ripped off. They never contacted me!

Great service. Was aware that we were selling the house and didn't find any reasons to spend money other than what was necessary.

If not for service technician "Curtis" I would not be providing an "A" rating for Air Experts, as some background, in May of this year I had Air Experts conduct a seasonal service of the AC unit. I do not know the service technicians name, but it was not "Curtis". Several days after the technician serviced the two units, I noticed that neither condenser units outside were cleaned of debris on the inside, nor the outside fins etc. Not all service technicians are created equal, and some like Curtis do a thorough job and do preventative maintenance, others do not. In the future, I will make sure to specifically request Curtis, to insure that I get what I am paying for. To the credit of Air Experts, they sent Curtis out at my request, and covered the service call under the existing warranty.

When I called to schedule the service, the technician couldn't come out for two weeks. (Totally understandable.) The technician that was supposed to work on my unit that day was having car trouble. An employee called to alert me to his car issues and said a different tech would come as soon as possible, which he did. The work was performed and an hour later he was on his way.

One of our 3 air conditioners stopped blowing cold air on Monday and Tuesday AM a service technician was at our house evaluating all 3 units. It was determined a fuse had blown due to overheating (what it's supposed to do) and the problem was corrected immediately. The technician was respectful and very knowlegable. He didn't try to upsale on anything. Will use this company for our system maintenance and all future service jobs.

Worst 40 bucks ever spent on Angie's list "big deals" Tech spent less than ten minutes looking at ac and talking to me about problem and solutions for replacement. Spent more time "writing" up the invoice. Never got back to me, as promised for a quote for a replacement AHU and replacement of entire unit.

First visit on regular maintenance Found one capacitor slightly out of range said it should be replaced at some point. I elected to have it done now. A couple of days later we had a cold day and the system didn't warm as usual. After a few visits they determined there was nothing wrong but that the system was old. I called another firm that quickly determined the problem was the heating pads and it's been fine since Air experts acted professionally and refunded my outlay.

Upon the technician coming to our home, he spent about 30 seconds here. As soon as we explained the problem, he said without needing to look at our unit that the only options were to adjust our dampers or to put in a second thermostat for the 2nd floor. Neither were options in our price range - but my frustration is that they never told me this when I called to schedule the diagnostic. I understand the folks booking the appointment are not AC experts. However, this problem seems to be relevant enough that they should have told me the diagnostics was not what I needed. All in all - we wasted $49 for something I should have been told over the phone. The technician came 2 feet in our house, told us the problem and left.

We experienced a rapid unplanned self-disassembly of our Comfort Master furnace during a cold snap, leaving us without heat. This occurred on a Friday, so we were struggling to get contractors out to bid on a changeout (as we wanted an AC upgrade as well). Dave came out Sunday night, with broken ribs, and took a look at our existing system (crawlspace and attic). He stayed with us while we put the kids to bed, and worked on a deal for us that we were very happy with. We had seen 3 other contractors that weekend, and the bids we were getting were very unreasonable. What was different about Air Experts was they were not married to a particular brand, so had more options available to put a system together to meet our needs. Also, some of the other contractors were very condescending and didn't want to have to deal with our special requirements, and attempted to talk us into things we didn't want nor need. Dave seemed to quickly adjust to what we were after, and didn't try to woo us into a cadillac system that could unlock your front door from your cell phone. He knew we needed a new furnace, and needed a bit more cooling capacity than we had before. No haggling--he just put together what we wanted and the price was great (we're talking nearly half the cost of the other quotes). And the results have been great. We finished out the winter with a much more comfortable house (our prior furnace was over-sized), and we've had 100 degree days this summer and the new HVAC (the prior was under-sized) has no problem keeping up with the heat load. We got the system we wanted at a price that I'm quite sure couldn't be beat. The installation crew came out the NEXT MORNING and completed the install on the SAME DAY. We had heat back 18 hours after Dave left our house Sunday night. It was amazing. The guys worked methodically, everyone was busy doing something at all times, and there was no annoying loud music nor shouting while they were under our house working. It was very much appreciated that they respected that we had kids in the house that needed to nap. I observed their work and was very pleased at the attention to detail, and how neat they left the crawlspace area, and located all the documentation next to the unit, and advised me on where to get replacement filters and how to install them. You'd be crazy to not include AIR EXPERTS in the picture when pricing HVAC work. They truly seem to be focused on building a satisfied customer base and gaining new business with great work at a great price leading to word-of-mouth referrals.

Best 59 dollars ever spent! He spent a good deal of time outside checking and cleaning the air conditioner in 100 degree temperatures. He even checked the pipe that allows for drainage of condensation and overflow if leaks. He even took that apart and cleaned it. Most impressive of all is he went in the attic which had to be at least 150 degress and checked the air handler. He explained all the pieces and parts and discussed new regulations for future replacement of my older unit. Again, best 59 bucks ever spent. Will be using them for all future work. PS I'm not easily impressed and generally feel ripped off. LOL Not this time!

The service was absolutely the best!! Bill from Air Experts arrived at the specified time and came in and explained exactly what he was going to do. He removed each register, thoroughly cleaned the duct work, cleaned the register and reinstalled it. He then cleaned up any dust or debris that may have fallen onto the floor. When he had finished the duct cleaning Bill went up into our attic to inspect the air handler system for any possible issues. He also removed and cleaned the air register grate. When he had finished he made sure that he had cleaned up completely. We are completely satisfied with the outstanding job that Bill Carpenter did for us! He is courteous and professional. I would recommend Air Experts to everyone. We have noticed a great improvement in the quality of the air in our home.

The maintenance tech. was polite, professional and said all we needed was a new capacitor which he installed on the same visit. (price for capacitor not included in above price). I was pleased as this was a second opinion. I was quoted 2 weeks before that I needed a new compressor and freon in both for the the tune of $600. I would use this company again because of the level of trust that I felt with the tech.

I just had to write a review about this company... I needed he;p with a ventilator fan in our attic. Air Experts Heating & Cooling couldn't do it but the office manager Marjorie spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with answering questions about my AC unit and what I might try to help it be better effective. She was extremely knowledgeable and so very willing to help even though she already knew that I couldn't use them for a paid service in this case. I will look for opportunities to use them in future! Talk about excellent customer service - they won me over!

The serviceman showed up on time and performed the AC check-up. He discovered a problem with a capacitor on one AC unit and replaced it. I would hire this company again.

After checking ac unit they discovered issue with circuit board and they replaced it.

Technician was friendly and professional and arrived as scheduled. He fixed the unit quickly and tested it prior to leaving. The A/C has been working great since then... just in time for the heatwave. I would definitely use them again.

We have used this company a couple of times before. They call to set up an appointment time, call when they are on the way and while doing the "tune up" explain exactly what they are doing and why if my husband asks. Tune up covers things like air flow, temps, if filters are clean, duck work and do a general cleaning so air conditioner will run when the time comes. We always ask for a certain service person (Curtis) as he is professional and understands the questions we very senior citizens ask.

Great customer service. Called in a Sunday to have AC unit repaired. No surcharge for weekend emergencies, so that was great. Technician arrived after 4-7 pm window, so that had me a bit concerned since I was not notified that he would be late, but not a huge deal. Technician was friendly and knowledgable and made the necessary repair.
