While the inside unit was cleaned well, they missed a low freon condition and attempted to oversell services that were not immediately required. A second opinion, and a couple of hundred dollars of time/freon later, and issue that SHOULD have been prevented is now resolved. I understand that 39 dollars is a "get our foot in the door and upsell" price, but missing something crucial and suggesting additional services is just poor form. Tell us what's actually wrong, not what's old, etc. We KNOW it's old, but we CAN'T test/fill freon. I've updated the Professionalism rating to a D based on the blame-game response given by the provider, who apparently has an issue with reading comprehension. Avoid. Other deals are out there. 8/20

Kyle was on time and extremely professional. He went right to work and explained everything he was doing. He taught me a lot today and didn't hesitate to answer my questions. He can have a great future as a manager or HVAC instructor. I highly recommend this service and have no reservations about calling them again.

Arrived as scheduled and performed basic prep and check of our 2 AC units.

The work went well. The technician Mr Snipes ,was very professional he,showed up on time.He did not rush the service at all. Took his time and did a great job.Answered all my questions with great detail.I would recommend Dave and the company to my neighbors.

The serviceman showed up on time and was thorough. He could not have been more professional and courteous. He cleaned all of our ducts/registers and instead of trying to sell us something extra, he complimented us on how well we've been keeping our system, saying it was obvious that we changed our filters frequently.

It went very well. The technician, Curtis, spent time cleaning and checking both system. My downstairs unit had not been cooling as efficiently as before and he filled the freon which was included in my price. He also checked that all circuitry was working correctly and answered my questions politely and thoroughly. It was a real pleasure to work with him. It's been almost 6 weeks of HOT, HOT , HOT weather and both my systems are working great.

Came on time. Very professional. Did an excellent job.

Everything appeared to go well. He arrived on time. The units were serviced. One of the units which served my first floor was not working later in the afternoon after he left. I called their office and the technician came back promptly and discovered that one piece (I believe it was a fuse) was no longer working. He replaced it quickly and the unit is working well now. There was no additional charge for the additional call.

Well, they responded almost immediately which was waaay beyond my expectation given how dang hot it is here these days. He found the problem (roof unit needed freon) and repaired it right away and we are good to go. Boom!

As expected. May have been more clear that this was good for only one unit. We have dual-zone so only the main floor unit was checked.

The project manager came in showed me what i needed beat everyone else bid considerable y . Came out the next day ( In Jan) and got everything taken care of quickly and professionally. They also had excellent financing. They finished the entire job in one day

It was good. It worked well. We had shopped a little bit and there is one that gave us a quote of twelve thousand dollars. Air Experts said you just need to replace one of our units. So I found them to be honest and trustworthy. They did the work in the time frame they said they were going to do it in.

They did a great job, explaining everything that was done. No high pressure up sell. Will use them in the future for heating and cooling needs.

The persons installing were very nice and professional. They were careful to not make a mess and did a great job with the installation. Air Experts was also good about addressing any concerns I had. I would highly recommend them.

We are satisfied. I thought they were fair and they did not push anything on us.

It was Saturday at it was HOT - I noticed at about 2pm that the A/c wasn't working. I called Air Experts and they said they should get someone here between 4 -6. I was having a dinner party that night and I was worried we would have to move to a friends house. The technician arrived at 3:30....I described the problem and he said it sounded like the copasseder (sp?). That is what it was - he had the part and we were up and running by 4:15! So happy! I would call them again.

I was impressed to the point that I prefer only Air Experts Heating and Cooling for future work. Externally: furnace was cleaned thoroughly; and cleared for any faulty parts. Inside: thermostat was checked; and informed me how to better position the original circulation vents installed when the house was built in 1955. No other company had bothered or knew about controlling this type of vent. The house has been in our family for 56 of the 60 years. This was a young man in late 20s (?) with a wonderful working knowledge and interest of the past and present application of the business. I really appreciated the time spent with Air Experts.

There was an additional cost for the part that had to be replaced. They came right out and were very professional. The gentleman that came out was very polite and explained what was wrong with the unit. They were punctual and responsive and the price I believe was good.

The service technician was on time and performed the service at the start of a very hot day. He was professional and courteous and took steps to insure that he did not track dirt or mud into the house.

We requested a quote from Air Experts. They returned our call the same day. A sales representative came to inspect our HVAC and supplied us a quote within 24 hours . Their quote was reasonable in our opinion and was competitive with other companies. They were ready to begin work the next day. After we decided to use them, they were very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. We have used them for annual and routine service on the unit they installed in addition to a second unit in our home. We recommend them to anyone requiring HVAC service or installation.
