Description of Work: They came out and inspected our heating/cooling system. They were very thorough and we will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The technicians replaced HVAC boots for us. They were very accomodating to the needs of an ill pet while doing the work. We will definitely call them again for all our HVAC needs.

Description of Work: A special deal thru Angies list for an annual service for my AC unit. |There was nothing specically wrong with the system. Just the annual cooling |check up.

Description of Work: We bought a new Carrier 3 ton Furnace/AC, including installation. The salesman talked very fast. He had a good price. Only his actual bill said that we were paying $6,400 because of the $500.00 tax credit for installing that system--there was only a $150.00 tax credit available that year, as far as we could figure out (or our tax guy). That made me mad. Otherwise the system seems to work well, both heating and cooling, and utility bills aren't as high in the summer as they were. I'm glad that we decided to upgrade instead of having our original system repaired.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company in October of 2013 for $49 for a HVAC tune-up. They checked the heat and air, I think, and then they were gone. The service did not take more than 15 minutes.

Description of Work: Back in town on a Sunday afternoon, AC out. Air Experts sent a technician that evening who diagnosed the problem in about a half hour. Did not have the necessary circuit board for my older unit so he checked Monday morning for the part, came and installed it Monday afternoon. Only way it could have gone better would have been that he had the part on the truck. But my AC unit is about 20 years old. He had many circuit board on his truck, just not the one I needed. Excellent.

Description of Work: Semi-annual maintenance that came with purchase of HVAC system. Technician came out and peformed system check and cleaning. Replaced control board that was faulty and cleaned out clogged drain that was causing water backflow into drain pain. There was no charge for the services! I've been very pleased with the service techs from Air Experts for there punctuality, frienliness and qualit of work.
