Description of Work: Technician arrived when they said he would. He appeared to be knowledgeable,and was very polite. I had already checked the ignitor and cleaned the electrodes prior to his arrival. I gave this information to him prior to him checking the system. He checked a few voltages and gas pressure, and determined the gas valve was not functioning. He had to run back to the parts warehouse to retrieve the part. After he removed the gas valve, he determined the manifold that attaches to the valve was siezed. He then had to take it back to the shop to get an extra hand to remove the manifold and place it on the new valve.He then installed the next day and all seemed to work well after the replacement.

Description of Work: They came home kind of late at night and stayed for about 3 hours explaining all their services giving the prices at the very end just like a good salesman will do. I think they could have offered different choices to work with our budget but this was not the case.

Description of Work: Our air conditioning unit was out. It turned out to be caused by a circuit breaker that had tripped. The repairman came exactly on time, thoroughly checked out the system, and charged us nominally for the service call. We would definitely use them for any other problems for their promptness, thoroughness, and honesty.

Description of Work: Instead of looking at my existing HVAC systems and trying to diagnose what was wrong with them, they went right ahead and recommended a complete system replacement that would run over $10K. I was able to do some minor repairs to get the units running well again for only about $50 and 2 hours. When I asked why they did not even try to fix my systems I never received a response. I won't use them again.
