Description of Work: I had an excellent experience calling Air Experts for a seasonal tune-up. I was contacted immediately to schedule an appointment. The staff was friendly and professional making the appointment. They called me 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to let me know the technician was in route. Curtis arrived on time, he was courteous and business like, and started work right away. I watched the service because I wanted to see if the company would be a good candidate to continue service on my heating and air conditioning. I could not have been more impressed. Maybe I got lucky or maybe all of Air Experts employees are as awesome as Curtis. He explained every step, what he was doing and why it mattered. I signed up for twice a year seasonal service on both of my units, and Curtis returned to follow up on a suggested service on my upstairs unit. Curtis was professional and methodical. I could tell that he took pride in doing his job the correct way. Thanks Curtis! I would highly recommend Air Experts.

Description of Work: AMAZING! Purchased an Angie's List deal for an HVAC tune-up after getting a quote for a replacement from another company. We had been told by our contractor the unit should have a few years left and with some proper cleaning and fittings, it should work like new and it did!! Air Experts really saved the day!!

Description of Work: They installed a new heat and air system on my lower level around May 20. There were problems with the system failing in June, again in July and again in August. Each time they promptly sent a technician that day who fixed the problem. First time was a loose wire, second time ...not sure what was the problem. Finally in August they replaced a part and it seems to be fine.

Description of Work: Air Experts were very professional and were willing to come to the house around 8pm to find out why the heat went out in the house. They were able to determine the problem quickly, unfortunately for us it was not a small problem and we needed to replace the entire HVAC unit. Everyone from Air Experts were really helpful and knowledgable and were willing to talk to us whenever we had a question. When my husband and I decided to go ahead and replace everything they came in the next day with everything and they were done in one day. Amazing group of people.

Description of Work: After having a check up on AC, technician advised that a condenser and pad was recommended. Scheduled service with Air Experts and there was a mixed up on which tech was going to preformed service. When I called Air Experts that tech missed scheduled appointment, office apologized and sent tech out the next day.

Description of Work: They were on time, explained findings, cleaned unit and tested functionality. Great to work with!

Description of Work: I signed up for a special on Angie's list. When the service person arrived, the told me the special was for furnaces that didn't work at all. I told him that I only wanted the furnace checked to make sure that it would continue to work in the fall. For an additional fee, it could become a check up. That worked for me. He checked it over and said it was working fine.
