Description of Work: Serviced my central heat. I think it went ok. I don't know enough about HVAC to know how well they did. I'll see how they do when they service my AC in the Spring.

Description of Work: Furnace tuneup. Took my ladder and openef attic hatch and shined light. After a couple minutes i asked if he needed to do anything to it and was it gas or electric. Then he went into attic and came out and said it wa s electric and showed me photo of it and said part of the casing was rusyed out and unit was old and needs to be replaced. Then he went to outside gas unit. I stayed inside for about 15 min and wentout. He was talking on phone and hadn't even opened it up. At the moment he saw me he got off phone and opened unit and said he could see the board had been replaced and it was original and should be replaced. Both units worked fine. I just wanted tuneup. He didnt do anything to either unit. Just spent time trying to talk me into sale.

Description of Work: Came on time and performed diagnostics on both HVAC units. Very professional technician.

Description of Work: Cleaned and sanitized air ducts. Two-man team was very quick, extremely well-organized, professional and personable. However I think the cost was a little high given how quickly it was completed. And some of their equipment is worn (vacuum hose came apart and needed duct tape to seal).

Description of Work: Inspected our gas pack heating system, which included burner tubes, blowers, |air filters, duct work, air flow and temps and several other things. System was within specs. Tech was "Curtis" whom we requested as he does a great job and explains as he works. We would recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises. He called ahead & was on time.

Description of Work: Corrected the wire hookups that a previous hvac serviceman form else where had hooked up. It was fast and easy....things were perfect!

Description of Work: There was a bit of a misunderstanding. I purchased a furnace service because there was a small wiring issue that was preventing one of my units from turning on. The came out and fixed the wiring issue in just a few second, definitely less than a minute, and then left without doing the service. I guess I got what I needed but felt like they did the bare minimum instead of trying to service the customers needs and spend a reasonable time at my house. Not mad but not really happy either. |

Description of Work: Repaired a nail hole in the freon line and recharged the system. Service was prompt and with minimal drywall repair needed. Unfortunately R22 freon is quite expensive now due to production being phased out so cost to recharge the system was quite high. Expensive mistake in the course of hanging a picture. Have invested in a stud sensor that detects metal and electrical in addition to wood!

Description of Work: They replaced my gas pack with a modern Carrier system. They installed it the day after I signed the order which was amazing. We had them change our system from a single zone to a dual which caused some minor problems, and there was also a miswiring in one thermostat, but those were small things. Our electric and gas bills have been lower as we bought a much more energy- efficient system. They also had us set up for rebates from both the manufacturer and Duke Energy. Both came promptly without us having to chase them down, which was great! Overall we are very happy with both our new system and Air Experts.

Description of Work: Requested a check of my heating system. The technician arrived on time, was courteous and professional. He went about the requested task and also installed a programmable thermostat upon my request. He was kind enough to take me through the use of the unit with no extra charge.

Description of Work: They determined what the felt was the issues. A bad motor for the furnace blower. Bc of the high price and age of the furnace, we got a second estimate. It was determined the circuit board was bad. A fraction of the cost to fix. We went this route.

Description of Work: This was just a furnace check-up. My service person, Travis, was able to come early. He checked everything and did some preventive maintenance. He was very thorough, professional, efficient, and friendly.
