Description of Work: Air Experts did a tuneup of our heat pump system, including a thorough cleaning and testing key system components. The technician (Curtis) did a fantastic job and even had helpful before-and-after photos to document what he did, and he was very friendly and professional as well.

Description of Work: Replaced heating and a/c equipment. Replaced and sealed duct work. Returned in a timely manner to correct two deficiencies noted in inspection.

Description of Work: I had trouble getting HVAC providers to return my phone call for my small job to install an additional air vent. Air Experts representatives were very friendly, promptly made an appointment, and showed up on time with 2 people. They performed the job right then and made our home so much more comfortable. You can bet when I need a big job, I will call them. Too bad other companies don't get it.

Description of Work: Our furnace died. We had to decide if we should repair the old furnace or replace it with a newer one. The salesperson took a lot of time to investigate the way our HVAC system is set up in our home. He explored options for correcting some small duct issues that we have upstairs in our home. The entire process was very smooth from beginning to end. The company took care of all of the details. Installation went really well. I will use them again in the future! Thanks for all of your great work and attention to detail!

Description of Work: Arrived as scheduled and performed pm on two units. Found heating system/blower under house was not training condensation properly and had started to rust (unit < 2 years old). Repaired on site, no extra charge. Scheduled to come in spring for AC check.

Description of Work: Air Experts replaced our old combination heating/air unit with a new Rheem split furnace and air conditioning system. The combined unit that was replaced was located outside our house. Air Experts installed the new, much more efficient system in our crawlspace. They also sealed and cleaned our ductwork and installed new thermostats. They did an excellent job and we would use their services again.

Description of Work: My heat went out. I am so worried of being told I need to pay a huge bill when the problem is easily fixable but will bring in less $ for the provider. This company was completely honest, and while they warned me that my unit is getting older, it was an easy and cheap fix for now. Because I trust them, I will use them again.

Description of Work: Vent cleaning-- they did an adequate job but I am not certain vent cleaning is really necessary. They said my vents were not bad--and I have a cat, a furry cat! Also my first appointment was cancelled at the last minute due to equipment problems and rescheduling was delayed with very little apologies or regret because the "technician only works a couple of days". When using Angie's it's because I need someone NOW.

Description of Work: Bought furnace tune-up. I have an older system from the 80s. Expected some suggestions regarding improvements or just basic service as described in offer details. Got a statement that I should replace it because it was old and might not be serviceable! Offered to send a sales rep over. Didn't expect to pay for a sales pitch. Disappointed.

Description of Work: System tune up and installed new gas pack. Tune up was very thorough and found crack in heat exchange. Guys that installed gas pack were awesome. Very professional. They are my service provider of choice now.
