Description of Work: The service tech came out and fixed my heat pump. Very prompt response and it was when we had frigid temps for Raleigh, so I know they were very busy. The owner was still doing calls late at night because he didn't like knowing that people were without heat when it was so cold outside. I was delayed and couldn't get back to my house in time to meet the tech, I called and let the dispatcher know I was running late getting back from Greensboro. The could have reset my appointment for another day, the dispatcher left it up to the service tech. The tech started to work and had everything repaired and the house was warming up before I got home. Since it was already dinner time, my dog was bothering him to be fed and kept taking the tech to her dog food canister. He was so kind and thoughtful. He fed my dog using the measuring cup inside ! I was so impressed that he had decided to get to work before I got home and then he fed my dog~! WOW... The heat is working beautifully and I'm very happy with the service and the charges were reasonable. I plan to get an estimate for a new heat system as mine has a lot of age on it, I"m interested in gas heat and I'll definitely get a quote for the work to be done by Air Experts. Very reliable. I recommend highly them.

Description of Work: I first had them clean my very old system. A few weeks later it stopped working. They came out on Sat and got it working again but it went out the next day Sunday. I called and they determined that it was needed a expensive part which was not worth putting the money on a 20 + year old system. They had someone out to tell me about the different options to replace it on Sunday afternoon and came on Monday am to install the new system. I was very pleased with the service technicians and sales department. Everyone was very professional and polite.

Description of Work: Replaced ac heating pump. Just wanted that done. This company likes to call all the time and schedule maintenance calls on a new system. I work Monday thru Friday and they do not schedule weekend maintenance calls for customers that work during the weekdays

Description of Work: I bought a big deal for a humidifier installation. Within a day of purchasing, Air Experts contacted me to set up an appointment. They arrived for the appointment on time and took care of everything. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Air Experts did a tuneup of our heat pump system, including a thorough cleaning and testing key system components. The technician (Curtis) did a fantastic job and even had helpful before-and-after photos to document what he did, and he was very friendly and professional as well.
