Description of Work: Kyle came and did a full heating and air conditioning assessment of a house I was buying. He did a great job, included me in the middle to show me the all-in-one unit fully apart and explain what was going on with it. Kyle also gave me a quality report upon completion of the work done with specific recommendations for repair and replacement which was exactly what I was looking for.

Description of Work: No service was required. He tested my system and explained how it works and informed me that the system works as it was supposed to. I was grateful for the information and that he took the time to test the system thoroughly before leaving. He didn't try to sell us any services that we didn't need. Will definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: I would not use this company again. The salesperson was agreeable and professional, but the installers were hurried and did a sloppy job. They left a lot of debris from the job in the crawl space under my home, they left a leaking pipe under the house and then told me I had a moisture problem, and left my carpet with permanent black stains from the sealer they used on the vents inside the house. The furnace works well, but I would find someone else if I had it to do over again.
