Description of Work: service call for routine inspection. they did find an issue which they fixed. i thought it was a little but pricey but not outragous. i would bring them back to do more if needed. they did the job well.

Description of Work: My AC went out over the weekend and I called Air Experts to come out and diagnose the problem. I called at the beginning of their regular hours for a Sunday and left a message. The outbound message said that someone would get back to me in about 15 minutes. It took significantly longer than that, but once they did call back they had someone set to come out pretty quickly. The technician arrived and did a thorough inspection of the unit. He discovered that a short had blown the compressor and the unit would have to be replaced. He said that he would put in a note for someone to call me later that day to give me an estimate for replacing the unit. | | |I didn't receive a call back, so on Monday I called and left a message asking about getting an estimate. Again, the return call wasn't within the 15 minutes mentioned in the outbound message. When they got back to me, they did rearrange the schedule so I could meet the representative during my lunch break. The estimate was provided quickly with thorough explanation of options and unit choices and installation was scheduled for the following day. | |Tuesday the crew arrived within the window provided and got to work. The work was professional and they left everything in good shape with no mess left behind. | |Air Experts did very well, I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Called for service on 5/27, first available appt was 5/29 (which was better than two other highly rated companies), provider called on 5/28 and had a cancellation for that day. Tech arrived and detected needed a new motor that was covered by warranty. Motor would need to be ordered. Called back the motor had arrived and they could be there first thing in the morning. Tech arrived on time and changed the motor.
