Description of Work: We purchased a deal for a cooling and diagnostic service as a second opinion to fix our AC. The service call went fine - the technician was helpful and courteous, and completed the job in a timely manner. However there were little things that he could have done for an 'A' grade. For example, brushing out the leaves that were inside the unit before closing it back up, rather than just shuffling them around. Ultimately we chose another vendor based on price and comparable customer service (the other technician didn't go above and beyond either).

Description of Work: The checked out our HVAC system with the Anglie's List special pricing. Our 18 yr old system is 3 years over its maximum life expectancy, and was starting to fail. We chose to replace it, although we were told we could wait until it did fail before doing so. That might have bought us a month or two, or perhaps longer. We were shown three different systems which could do the job, and chose the mid-range system. Things went smoothly and installation was accomplished on a hot day and those men were so professional! Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: They were contacted for the checks. I called them back on a noise. The motor had to be replaced. They ordered and replaced the part promptly.

Description of Work: the tech was punctual, but the machine he used left a very musty oder in home that took a few hours to go away. the next day we discovered one of the floor vent covers was missing and the screws to a wall vent in the kitchen we not re-attached

Description of Work: Checked out the AC to see why it wasn't cooling. Found the cause - needed a part. A few days later they called to say the part was in and they came and installed it. Works great ever since.

Description of Work: Came to do a maintenance check and found two other problems. Took pictures of the problem so he could explain it to me and with my permission, he was able to immediately fix both issues.
