Description of Work: Thought we had this done already but I was wrong. After 13 years tech found evidence of original builder's debris. Industrial-strength duct cleaning should be required for anyone with breathing issues (I have chronic asthma). Received great value for the service.

Description of Work: Checked 2 AC systems and 2 furnaces. Original to house. 1986. Compressor needed to be replaced in one, and the other system was leaking. Expecting that we would need new systems. Technician was thorough and polite. Will replace both systems and use Air Experts. We used them at our previous house.

Description of Work: diagnosed a blown breaker and fixed. Told me they would arrive between 4:30 and 6:30. Arrived at 4 and everything and was fixed and working by 6:00. :) Would use them in the further for sure! Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Description of Work: I am completely satisfied with the replacement unit and, the company that installed it. The service team was prompt, courteous and competent. They were careful to protect my carpet while doing the indoor parts and finished the installation in a timely manner. A minor problem needed to be corrected and an Air Service tech came out on Sunday to handle it. Over all, I would rank them as an "A" company.

Description of Work: Summer maintenance on AC system. If there was anything not positive about the experience, it is that it seemed like he left a lot of the dirt on the heat pump unit as well as around that location without mentioning there may be a mess.
