Description of Work: I hired AIR EXPERTS HEATING AND COOLING under a special coupon for a whole house humidifier tune-up. However, since I had already replaced the filter and checked the system out, I essentially wanted them to identify why the system was not draining. They did that well. I did not expect them to fix it since that was not part of the deal and would have been extensive.
