Description of Work: We ended up needing our entire heating and air conditioning system replaced, both upstairs and downstairs systems from the very cheap contractor systems put in when the house was built. Air Experts were able to explain clearly the options and help us choose the right sizes for both systems. As soon as we replaced the old systems our air conditioning bills dropped dramatically. (it was installed in June)In September our air conditioning unit outside our dining room window began making more noise than it should have. WE called them up, they sent someone out, he identified it as a broken fan, they got the part and fixed it with no problem and no cost or hassle. Very professional all around.

He took his job very seriously and gave exceptional service. |This is the second time I have used this company and I can attest for their professionalism and their attention to detail. Description of Work: They installed a new heat pump, which provides both heat and ac, and they sealed the ducts. | |The install went great, i.e., they came and finished the job when they said they would, and everything came out looking professionally installed. However, I am not so sure that the ductwork was sealed properly as I am now experiencing a foul odor that is coming up from the ductwork/vents, which was not present with the previous system. The smell reminds of the crawlspace, which has a moisture problem. However, I did not expect to have an odor that did not exist with the old unit. | |I had an issue in trying to obtain an invoice with the correct information on it, i.e., correct cost based on the agreement, total costs documented by line item unit install, and ductwork seal/repair. I had to contact them at least 3 times regarding the invoice that I received so I finally gave up. In an honest attempt to make things right/better, they did throw in an addition year of service, which I wholeheartedly appreciate. | |All in all, the install met my expectations outside of the smell, and the responsiveness/do it right the first time (invoice) fell below my expectations. I would recommend them, and I would do business with them again.
