Description of Work: While the service was conducted and my tune-up came up fine. It was noted on the receipt that I needed to replace the unit (because it was getting old). It was then also written down that I had purchased a home warranty and would be selling the house soon. While all information, not all of that needed to be on a receipt that made potential house buyers worried that we were hiding something from them. The actual OK for the unit that I was given verbally from the technician wasn't even written down. Very frustrating when the unit was in good working condition, yet comments included only negative aspects and not the actual work that was done.

Description of Work: They were contacted for diagnostic purposes. After the united was evaluated, I was told that I needed a capacitor to eliminate outages we were experiencing with the unit. So far so good. There were no more outages after their service. Will see how well it's performing this coming season.
