Description of Work: John Mercado came out the next afternoon to check the air condition and fixed the problem. Very polite and knew exactly what was wrong and repaired it. Air condition was back on and in great working condition in an hour. We will definitely use them again and when it's time to buy a new unit we will purchase it through them. Very pleased with all of John's work. We got this deal through Angie's List and paid a discount price for $39.00. Thanks for Angie's List. You have the best!

Description of Work: I bought the 1st floor gas pack from Air Experts, and they have been doing maintenance on our 3 units since April 2013. This summer, discovered that the 2nd floor unit was not cooling. Had them come out, and they told me there was a coolant leak. Seemed a waste to put a lot of money into a 10 year old unit, so got a couple quotes. When Boer Brothers came out to give a quote, they pointed out the air return was separated from the furnace/blower on 2nd floor! Unit is pulling air from super hot attic! The Air Expert tech didn't notice this. The unit was likely damaged during the duct cleaning I hired Air Experts to do. That tech didn't notice it either apparently. Called Air Experts tech, and he suggested the competing vendor had sabotaged the air return.. I was with the guy though. He had no alone time with the unit .
