Description of Work: My air conditioner/ furnace had been underperforming for awhile. I decided to replace both units and called Air Experts. They had been providing service for some time and I knew I could trust them. I asked for diagnostics to be done confirming it would cost too much to repair a dying system. David Turner project manager helped me build a new system based on my needs and wants. He found a boat load of rebates and discounts bringing the price down to a reasonable level. It was installed the next day. I wasn't aware how badly my old unit was working until the new one was turned on. It is quite, removes humidity, works quickly to balance the temperatures in my two story house. Each and every employee was courteous, professional, informative, personable, and efficient. I can't say enough about this outstanding company!
