They do a really good job. They always show up when they are supposed to. They are also really good about making recommendations on what to do or what needs done next to the unit. I have been using them for over a year now.

Mr. Williams was very punctual and polite. The furnace wasn't working and now it is working just fine.

I have not had any problems with the work that was done. I was basically pleased. The house was still under warrantee when the work was done. I am not sure what the cost would have been. I did like them though and I would recommend them to people. I will be continuing to use Britt's Mechanical myself.

We had a few quotes. We were very pleased with this company's price quote. We had a name brand system installed. These guys were quite the perfectionist. They were very methodical in their work. They really made sure it was done right the first time. They were polite. We had no problems in our dealings with them. Everything is still working properly.

Not only did I feel they did a good job but so did the city inspector. When he came out, he said that he wished that all of their installations had looked this great. Everything has been working properly since installation. During installation, the attitudes of the workers were very nice, courteous, and respectful.

I have not had any problems since the work was done. I thought they were very helpful by explaining the different options and listening to what I wanted. They did excellent work and I will use them again in the future.

I was very happy with the service provided by Britt s Mechanical. I have rental units and I use them often for heating and air conditioning repairs also. They do good work at a reasonable price. They are always on time, sometimes even early. I would recommend them to others.

I was not here at the time of construction to observe them working but I do feel that they installed a good system. The work they did was completed when I moved in. My home is warm in winter and cool in summer like it should be. I have nothing negative to say about the wonderful work they did on my home. My builder paid them directly.

The contractor and his assistant arrived on time with a top of the line furnace. They worked efficiently and cleaned up everything very well. It has been nearly two years, and we have had no problems with our system at all.

I did shop around a little bit for price but I have used this company in the past and was very comfortable with them. They checked out our old furnace and agreed that we needed to change it. It took them only 2 working days to have everything completed and we have had no problems since. There was one time that they did come out just to make sure the settings they had set it at were right and didn't charge me for that at all.

I HAD ONE SMALL PROBLEM WITH THEM, BUT I UNDERSTAND IT NOW. THEY CHECKED MY FURNACE AND SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG, AND A COUPLE OF HOURS LATER IT DIDN'T WORK; IT WAS JUST A PART THAT WENT BAD. IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT.
