They told me two of the three furnaces had to be replaced because of a crack in heat exchanger. He said it would be dangerous to run them like that. He said by law he should make me shut the system off but he was not going to do that. He scared me. I had two other heating and air conditioning technicians come out and look at the furnaces. Both of them said they were fine. The water leak was from condensation not a cracked heat exchanger. I called Air Experts and told them what the other technicians said and asked them to come back out and clean the two furnaces they did not clean. He said he already cleaned them. They tried to get me to replace two furnaces that did not need to be replaced. They are still working fine.

Air Experts show up on time and got the unit installed and working within a few hours.

Overall, everything was great. Had a minor panic when we found that the new system was much bigger than the old one, but the guys that did the install were awesome and were able to make it all work, even with the space limitations. From the check up, to getting price quotes, and then the installation, everyone was courteous and professional. Very happy with my new system and the service I received from Air Experts Heating & Cooling.

Someone came out to check out my current system, and based on my budget, recommended many replacement options. They allowed me some time to make my decision and when I finally emailed them, they came out within two days and replaced the compressor in no time. I will definitely come back to them!

Went well. The technician arrived when scheduled, was pleasant and professional. After another experience with an Angie's List hire, I was pleased that the technician did not try to upsell me or provide me with a list of items that needed to be done. He did a great job and I would definitely hire again. At least if it is the same technician. The only blemish would be the lack of attempts to contact me after purchase (one attempt). A couple months after my purchase I called them to schedule. Not huge but would they have let my timeline expire without another contact attempt? Don't know but I do know the service I received was excellent.

They were on time and professional. I had noticed an odor coming from unit and the service person checked and recommended a solution, which I accepted.

The problem was identified in short order but a second service call was required because the necessary part was not in stock and had to be ordered.

From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. The team that came in to replace the HVAC system were really friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They kept my house clean while they worked. They also kept me up to speed with their progress and were happy to give detailed explanations with questions that I had.

They were punctual, responsive and they don't try to rip you off.

After finding blown capacitor and malfunctioning relay, HVAC was also diagnosed with "open winding" on a compressor and problem with heating elements/coils. I was recommended a replacement, for which I was quoted $7k-7.5k. The blown capacitor and malfunctioning relay (cost around $40) were replaced and everything started to work! BTW, there were no any kind of open winding at all. I am outraged by such dishonesty and unprofessionalism!!!!

The workers arrived when scheduled and finished late afternoon. There was minimal disruption and they cleaned up all the debris from the old system. The new system (a Lennox) has been working great. Note: the price I paid doesn't include a Duke Energy credit or a manufacturer incentive.

Installation of a new furnace went smoothly. The workers were professional, the installation was verified by a manager, and a couple of cosmetic changes were made with no hesitation. Very well done. A follow-up call was made later to ensure we were satisfied.

Air Experts was recommended by a friend, and after seeing reviews on Angie's List, I got an estimate from them and a couple other services. Patrick was my sales rep. He arrived on time, explained everything in simple terms for me as a first-time buyer, and I felt no pressure or rush. I received a competitive price. He offered next day install which was unexpected and worked out just right with my hectic work schedule. Installers, Sean and Robert, arrived on time the following day, worked non-stop to be completed in less than 4 hours. They were careful to protect floors and carpets, explained the new wifi thermostat, tested the new unit, answered all questions. Very pleasant and approachable guys. Customer service was excellent. I like dealing with companies that have been in business for over 20 years. That tells me something. I was pleased.

It was fine. I didn't spend more than the cost of the deal. They were prompt. The came quickly after the deal was put in. They did try to upsell me on a new system. The work turned out fine. Actually what it ended up being, the diagnosis on my heat pump was wrong. They said the fan motor was going back but it was just a capacitor that I fixed myself. They checked it and said the function was not good and they thought it was the fan motor. It turned out to not be the case, so they were wrong. Dealing with them was fine though. Their price was fine. The deal was a good deal to come out and check it.

I have a service agreement with them. I get a different service man each time. We had them put in our air conditioning system, and we found them when we were getting bids.
