Price reasonableness and scope of work accomplished within determined timeline.

They were very professional doing the work prescribed to them. They made good suggestion and gave reasonable quote before starting the job.

Mr. Bailey replied to my request for a quote within two minutes of submitting it. I needed a leak from my wall repaired that caused damage to my floor. He came when scheduled and gave me a written quote and then started work the next day. Workmanship was high quality and he is friendly and personable. I would recommend his services.

We use him for multiple properties. They are easy to work, do a good job and really seem to care and take pride in each job!!

Excellent work and customer service.

Little to no attention to detail. left the job site unfinished with noticeable cracks in the grout and caulk. He left cigarette butts everywhere, unswept garage, concrete spilled in my garden. He spoke in a condescending tone and was disrespectful. I would not recommend this company!

Some issue with workmanship splinters throughout the wood. Wood not sanded.Some planks needs to be replaced do to holes, some holes you can see the grounds.

I would recommend Bailey's Handyman to anyone. Very prompt and on time. They do good work. Removed dishwasher and repaired countertop and also recaulked.

Bailey's Handyman Co. prompt, professional,very knowledgeable, and a really nice guy; as was his assistant Mike. Walter removed & installed new shutters; looks great ! They also trimmed a lot of large shrubs etc. left all immaculate ! We look forward to hiring Mr. Bailey in the future.

Excellent Company! Not only were they prompt and did an excellent job on 3 major furniture assembling projects, but they were also professional all the way thru. They removed all the packing material/boxes and even brought in my trashcan for me (Thanks Walter!) I will be using them for all my handyman projects going forward!

Mr. Bailey repaired door frames, painted throughout apartment, installed vanity in bathroom, spruced up kitchen cabinets. He did a very good jobe.

I had a leak in my living room ceiling right before a big thunderstorm rolled through. I ask for estimates and when it might get done with several companies but these guys jumped on it immediately when they saw rain was coming soon. Because of that I was spared trying to catch water in my living room. Prompt service, excellent work, and down to earth guys makes me likely to hire them again. Only complaint is price which I thought was a little steep. Otherwise you can't go wrong.

Walter and his helpers did an outstanding job. He contacted me and appeared in person to provide an estimate the same day that I contacted Home Advisor. His price was fair, their work very professional, and Walter sought my approval and acceptance as each step of the project was completed. We are very pleased with the results and will surely hire him again in the future.
