Description of Work: The young gentleman who came worked very hard and did a beautiful job. The carpet is still in good condition except for one spot where everyone seems to sit and place their feet. I think I need a small, thin area rug to place in front of that chair!I don't remember the exact cost and am too busy now to look it up.

Description of Work: Provider was contracted and paid by previous home owner as part of conditions of sale. When I took possession of the house carpets did not look like they had been cleaned. Areas were obviously not cleaned (carpet pile compressed) | |Not being a party to the cleaning I am not reading them on the cleaning quality. I am rating based on how my compliant was handled. |I called and explained my situation. I was told a representative soul meet me and given a time window. I took time of work and their rep no showed. No call to reschedule I called to find out what happened and was told the person had gone home. Long story short it took 2 weeks to get someone out. When they came out before even getting out of their truck the rep told me that ha had cleaned the carpet and did a perfect job and that there was no point in discussing it. | |Now he may have had valid points however after giving me the run around for several weeks I expect a company to at least send someone out to objectivelyou review my complaint and understand what may have gone wrong and see if they can repair the relationship. | |I was left feeling like I had been strung along and lied to.
