Both of the services were completed professionally, efficiently and cleanly. The enclosure was measured, suggestions and options were made, and completed nicely. We had a subcontracted tile re-grouting. He was recommended by the glass installer; again the job was done very professionally. The tile person discovered a leakage problem (Done by the origional home builder) that would have lead to mold build-up and fixed it. The new doors look great and the recomended "tile-guy" solved an emerging problem

John was terrific. He replaced a 20 year old glass shower enclosure for us. He gave us an estimate and was back within a week to install the newly ordered enclosure. When he removed the old enclosure, however, he discovered that the tile and grout beneath it were in bad shape. The tile had to be regrouted before he could do his portion of the work, meaning he'd have to come back another day. He gave me a week or so to have the tile repaired, worked me back in, and he came back a 2nd time to complete the installation. He didn't charge me any additional fees for the extra trip. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. Thank you!

There is nothing that we can think of that would have made this project more worthwhile. Great design, fair cost, and most of all, a caring professional to do the job. What else can you possibly want?

John was extremely courteous and prompt in his appts. After shower was ordered and received, he was flexible in the installation appt. The installation was prompt, and of good quality.

I was very pleased until a scratched pane in my frameless shower was replaced. w/a glass has an etching on the upper pane. i think this was a mistake and it should be fixed. spending close to $2000 for a frameless view, you do not expect an etching right in your sight. the etching is upside down and thus i think it was intended to be in the lower corner. the original installation did not have this etching, or it was positioned so that your eyes were not drawn to it the entire time you shower. I have already recommended Qualtiy Closets to a colleague, and they used them. if it were not for this problem i would have rated "YES" & "VGOOD"

Great help with ideas, timely, good attitude, easy to work with. Actually answered the phone or responded when requested. Work was on time for price quoted. I would rehire.
