I told her I only wanted an estimate on gutter coverings; she insisted that I had to listen to her whole speal on windows, siding, and whatever they had. I told her I already had the "other stuff" and only wanted an estimate. She said she would provide that IF I sat through her "official presentation". I said I did not want to waste my time.

Description of Work: They installed fine mesh covers over all the gutters on my home. Two workers arrived on time to install the covers. Very professional and courteous and cleaned up job site before leaving. Having entertained bids and demonstrations from several competitors, Leaffilter had the best product at the lowest installed price. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend this product and especially this company to anyone.

Description of Work: The workers cleaned out the gutters and then reinforced them every 6 inches before installing the filters on top. The screen is very fine so no pine needles get through. Its working very well and we'll recoup the cost over the years from not having to pay someone to clear out the gutters. The warranty transfers to new homeowners if you sell - another plus.

Description of Work: The sales person came out to give me an estimate. We toured the outside and he commented a number of times: "you have a lot of gutters". He measured and then gave me a sales presentation. This lasted over 30 minutes, with lots of used car salesman techniques. I began asking for an estimate - I counted at least 6 times. He continued to do the sales presentation. I told him that I liked his product and really wanted an estimate. He continued with the sales pitch - I told him that I would ask for an estimate 2 more times and that if he didn't give me an estimate, I would ask him to leave. He again refused to move to the estimate after two more requests. He said he was now not allowed to talk (after 40+minutes), packed up his "used car" stuff, left the house, slamming the door. I followed him out and confronted him about slamming the door - he said he didn't mean to and left - still no estimate. I immediately called the manager, explained the situation - he said he would speak with the salesman and would give me an estimate the next day. He did call - told me the estimate would be over $10,000, but he would give me a "contractor's price" of $5,900. I am in the process of getting estimates from other providers before I proceed. The manager was very professional, the salesman was not.

Description of Work: The product has great potential however the install crews left much to be desired. The finished product is not up to my expectations or as the Sales Rep represented. After two installation attempts and much inconveinience I have a system in place but the finished product is not very professional.
